My laptop is relatively new, Toshiba Qosmio F-60, Intel i3, 4GB RAM, Nvidia GT330,
For various reasons, eg. battery running out (useless power program never notifies me before its too late) or power cable gets pulled out accidentally, my computer will be shut down due to power cuts and also hang sometimes (because of being shut down badly so many times). I noticed that my computer gets slower everytime this happens although after a while it does pick itself back up. But as I mentioned, it has started to hang unusually and is slow to start up in general.
What is the reason for this and how can I fix it?!?!
I mostly leave my laptop on sleep overnight as I read somewhere its not all too good to keep shutting it down everytime, so I guess you could say it stays on for a long time, about a week's stretch but then I accidentally shut it down improperly... could this contribute?
