  • invited to an outdoor party?

The host is providing pizza, salad, pop and cookies. No required to take anything, but would like to. It will be in her yard and most likely have no electrical outlets. Any suggestions? I'm thinking bacon wrapped smokies that everyone likes, but have to keep warm in a crock pot. Also I make a ham roll-up with cream cheese. Would that not fit with pizza, etc? Any suggestions? Party is only two hours.

  • making tender meatballs?

I make meatballs for my saurkraut with main ingredients being ground chuck and ground pork misture, a little rice and additional seasonings. I handle as little as possible knowing that results in toughness, but they are still to dense. I can't put cheese or tomato sauce in like I do for my meatloaf, etc...not good with saurkraut. Any suggestions? Thanks to all who answer.

I am shredding and freezing zucchini to make bread this winter. My question is...when it thaws, do I squeeze out the juice or leave it as is? Will the excess juice make the bread mushy? Also, if anyone has a super zucchini bread recipe I would love to have it. Thanks to all who reply!

  • My face burns and itches?

About three days ago my face started to itch and burn, almost like a sunburn would, but I'm sure it's not. Along with the itching and burning, areas of my face ( center of forehead, on eyebrows and just below eyebrows, plus my upper cheek area) feel like there's a coating of very dry skin. I tried to do a gentle exfolating over those areas...didn't help at all, but made my face red and burn like the dickens. I have tried aloe, baby oil and jojoba oil. Seems like the oil sooths the burn, but makes it itch worse. Never had this before. Can anyone out there give me some advice on what I can use?
