ok i'm trying to describe it but my sis sells baked goods, she made a zebra/marble cake for a client and sadly this client said she was very disappointed cause when she had a slice in her hand and pulled piece off she saw the cake had a stringiness when she pulled piece off, so in her head the cake is old or something but she collected it the same day it was baked so it was very fresh, can anyone explain to me why this happens to cakes?

my friend of ten yrs on and off has a gf for 5 yrs, but the relationship doesn't seem like much of a relationship they barely have sex, he told me she doesn't like sex, they barely seem to talk although she is talking to some guy from her mother's workplace her mother gave her number to, and they also had a break sometime back cause she had feelings for some other guy ,i told my friend speak up on the matter he claims he did but she didnt think its a big deal she's "friends" with this other guy, anyhow me and my friend for almost 10 yrs always had feelings for each other and a strong attraction we have kissed in the past but nothing much more than that, im not too sure why, its always something that ends our friendship but anyhow we recently started speaking back after not speaking for 2 yrs and we talk everyday all day and the convos are always fun cause we have a similar personality and also the convos are getting heated and very emotional so i have told him we need to speak less cause i believe in this situation if something more was to happen i think i would be the one hurt the most so i told him he needs to sort out his relationship or lack thereof cause im confused and annoyed although i really miss talking to him, any opinions on this situation?

its rainy season and i have recently seen wood louse in my home, it stopped for a couple of days but today im seeing more of them as the rain fell a lot yesterday, i have noticed the cracks in the wall this morning that they are coming from ughhhh its annoying, is there anyway i can make homemade crack filler until i am able to go out and buy??

So my overlock machine which im still trying to get acquainted, started making a strange straining noise and every time i turn the hand wheel its hard to turn and feels stiff like something is stuck in it or something i tried cleaning/oiling the machine but its still happening i know from experience when this happens to a sewing machine its thread etc but im unsure what is wrong with this machine, have any idea what's wrong thanks in advance for your help

ok so i remember getting a cd from a friend years ago with a couple of r&b/slow jams but this one song i really liked and there wasnt a name on the cd for this song but it went something like----- "girl imma put my name on it sign it on the dotted line" it could be a male r&b group from the 90's i think in the song they were singing about spending quality time or something like that, thank you so much guys :)

so for the past few days i have been trying to download my bb app world cause it was on my phone but i couldnt get on it so i deleted it and decided to start over again but now everytime i go on bb world website and press "download 'it keeps saying'sorry the page has expired" i have done battery pulls etc it just keeps saying this and i have a plan on my phone so i dont know......

this guy is a christian, first time we met we would bbm and fb everyday for like a whole day for the past few months then all of a sudden when i talked to him for a while he would just read the messages and not respond, i got annoyed deleted him from bbm he explained he had issues with his then gf and other stuff, i added him back and later found out he had some kinda relationship with someone else(i found out it was more sexual) and he was suppose to be celibate, things were ok and quickly things with them ended,he kissed me a few times and i thought everything was fine but he became distant and he kept saying he is busy and talking to him felt like i was annoying him so we only had very short convos when he talked to me first, we had a few little arguments and all them he make out to be my fault or he insinuates i have problems, recently he was at my party and he didnt seem interested in talking to me, when we talked for a few seconds it wasnt much of a convo(i admit i was tipsy) so i dont remember what it was about, but either way he didnt seem to really notice me when he walked thru the door so i got tired once more of trying to figure him out since i can never figure him out since he doesn't open up to me about anything,and told him our friendship or whatever it is is becoming too confusing and i think i should delete him, it all seems forced, he said no matter what im his friend :s, which bugs me cause i figured he would have more to say than just that, even further into this convo he was on his way to church and busy as usual so he rushed the rest of the convo didnt seem bothered at all.........

every time i stitch certain fabrics like printed jersey and the fabric is doubled or folded like two pieces of fabric im stitching together my machine tends to make a clanking noise and i can see when i look closely that when the needle penetrates the fabric it doesnt come out smoothly it looks like its hard to pull back out of the fabric, and the needle keeps getting stuck or thread is knotted so i have to stitch slow just so it wont happen i tried changing needles try different sizes of needles, fiddled with different stuff etc and i cant figure out why this is happening its mostly this fabric, any other fabric is fine, i need to find out why since i love making dresses and swimwear with this fabric......thanks

hey ppl,you know those clothing websites that show clothes as if the model that was wearing the clothes got cropped out of the photo so the clothes just look like they are floating? well im trying to put up some pics on fb with some swimwear i made, me and my friends modelled some but we really dont have swimsuit bodies lol so i need a program that i can crop out our bodies and leave the clothes, i just downloaded paint.net can this program do it? im now trying it for the first time so im not sure..........thanks in advance :)

so i have a "friend" who i lent $100 to, sometime last month i promised him the money the tuesday i was fired which wasnt a suprise because me and my boss had a dispute, so i stuck to my promise altho i was fired (left with 2 checks,and currently getting unemployment) and altho i knew we had an issue with him borrowing money from me before, but i asked him y he needed it and it was something important and he promised to give me back the friday of the same week and he was depressed about debt etc, so a month has gone havent recieved it as yet he hasnt even mentioned it and he's on my bb contact list, its mostly annoying because he isnt considering the fact that at this moment im unemployed and trying to start a business, and either forgot or is acting like he forgot its irritating trying to be a good friend when people just only care about themselves, i kno the "friendship" is at its end just venting and wanted your opinions...........thanks

hey ppl just wanted to know if its scary or even worth the watch?

a few days ago i changed my computer update settings so that it will automatically update my pc so after doing that i keep getting a notification bubble saying "windows is not genuine" and it keeps moving my desktop wallpapers and doing so every few minutes, can anybody tell me what i can do to remove this, its reallllllly annoying, i have changed back my update settings to what it was before but this still keeps happening i clicked on the bubble and the page that came up was saying somthing about buying windows 7 which i already have, what can i do to get rid of this? >_<

hey guys my sister is 25yrs old, has been in a relationship with this guy for prob 3-4 yrs now he proposed to her a few months back which is great for her, i always noticed she used to seem caught up with this guy because every other word out her mouth was his name, but recently it seems to be on a whole different level, now when she stays by him for the weekend and comes back home she seems sad and miserable that she is back at home with us her own family, she acts grumpy, picks fights, its extremely annoying and kinda hurtful cause we all were always a close family, to the point we are pretty much ready for her to just leave already, why would she be acting this way, its fustrating there is soooooo much more to this story but then i would be here all day, so i need ur opinion on this, thanks in advance guys :)

i want to get into making swimwear, lingerie. does it matter what type of sewing machine i get and the type of stitches it has? cause someone told me most of them do basically the same thing but i saw online a few sewing machines with a number of stitches for elastic and stretchy fabrics etc. and i will have to wait to get this from overseas vs. a sewing machine with only 8 stitches i saw in a store so does it really matter the variety of stitches? im a little unsure what to buy....... thanx in advance :)

this guy i met once at school when i was like 10/ 11 yrs old, we talk once in a while on the phone only, my friend back then gave him my number without telling me, i allowed his calls cause i fgured he seemed lonely and doesnt have much friends (im going 23 yrs old this year) so after a while i started to ignore most of his calls cause i figured he would get it and understand im not interested, and i told him leave me alone once before, but he called back a few months later, i figured he would get the drift but he never did so a few weeks back i was at work alone and this guy came in the store and he asked me "do u know who i am" i said no but then i realized it was him by the voice(this is when i started to get worried<_<), i was creeped out cause i met him once in my life and that was the day i met him, and he just suddenly showed up, and he sat next to my desk and was talking and acting like we see each other on a norm and i asked him how he new exactly where i work he said i told him, but how does he know exactly where i never went into detail, and he asked me if he can come to my house i said no, cause he always wanted to know where i live but i never told him, then asked if i wanna go to his :s i was like wtf, next time he called me i was beginning to tell him leave me alone cause i find him creepy and he quickly rushed off the phone, i just find him strange how do i get him to leave me alone he called me back yesterday but my sis said i couldnt come to the phone, from talking to him a few yrs i knw he lives a pretty sheltered life, doesnt go out, no cell, no computer doesnt seem to have much friends either......... what do u guys think abt this???

well this guy i liked, me and him never got in a relationship cause something always happened we are always disagreeing and stuff like that we could never see eye to eye i guess it wasnt meant to be, so for two or so years just a bunch of ups and downs, well i still think about him alot although i told him leave me alone and dont talk to me again, i still have feelings for him, but anyhow when i am out somewhere could be anywhere i will always see someone that looks like him and my heart starts to beat so fast, and i cant really explain the feeling but when i look at the person properly it turns out it isnt him, and recently it has been happening more than usually, it could be me seeing the back of some ones head lol, someone wearing glasses :s lol but anyhow does this happen to anyone else??????
