I work for a day camp during the summer. The staff I work with is very fit, and rather attractive. I have gained a lot of weight since last year and I am motivated and inspired by them to loose weight and become fit like them. However, I'm not sure if I'm idiolizing them by using them for motivation for health and fitness instead of being fit for God. I'm not sure.. somebody please let me know what you think. I live in Los Angeles and there is a song on the radio station 98.7 that play this song. I do not know the name of it but the lyrics go somewhat like this -

"Changes.... on the stereo... Oooooo Oooo Oooooo Before I wait tomorrow"

Then acoustic guitar plays and there are steel drums in the background.

I always read in magazines, or hear it is "healthy" or "good" to put on moisturizer after a shower or moisturize your whole body in general. Why is this crucial? My skin looks better, but how is it healthier?

I have noticed, that some black men are very much into bigger buttocks, and like "thick" girls. Is this apart of the African-American culture? Does it attract them? I have also noticed this in some hispanic culture as well. But, only in America. This is a serious question. I am not racist or prejudice of any sort, but have noticed this in the majority of certain races.

I love working out really late at night. Maybe 11-12? Is that bad for you? I don't like working out in the morning because I just feel tired the rest of the day. I know, usually It's the opposite.
