Just shoot out any idea. My story begins with the main character's mother crying and the father being drug out of the house by 3 police men for "getting to close to the truth". They hear 2 gunshots and they look outside and the father and one of the police men is gone. Two police men lay dead. You can give ideas to go off of that story or just anything. Just original. ok. i am like 35% black and have nice curly hair. I have really really dry hair. I usually just take a shower and shampoo&condition my hair and then after a couple minutes I basically drench my damp hair in Aussie maximum hold styling gel. this works but sometimes if I don't put enough my hair gets mad frizzy and huge puffs burst out.lol and when t does work.. it leaves the top of my head with white flakes and it's really hard and crunchy. people sometimes make fun of my hair and say it's fake. but I don't like it.lol I assume doing this on a daily basis is not healthy. so, today I went out and bought a few hair products for my hair type. including:

-motions lavish conditioning shampoo

-motions moisture plus conditioner

-organic root stimulator olive oil moisturizing hair lotion.

I basically just wanted to know if these things work. also, I did some research on the hair lotion and it said that it was for straightening your hair. does that mean I can't use it to mousturize my hair when its just curly and natural? thanks for the help. (:

my dads working for this guy who makes them work 10 to 12 hour days. if they work eight hours he says that is only half a day, and only pays them Half the 135 dollars for working on a roof in 80 degree weather.. ? it's really hard work.

i want to lose 10-15 pounds. & im 13. (please dont try to talk me out of it. its not going to work, its just a waste of time.) im not very active & i just love eating. i weigh 115 lbs. and all my friends weigh about 90. i always feel like the fat one. i want to make my stomach flatter & my lower leg smaller. i want to know some easy exercises maybe, and some good, low cal. food choices. thanks for helping.(:
