My son and I are looking to refurbish an old pick up truck and my neighbor is selling his. It runs and drives but my son and I will eventually put a different engine in it. The owner is 83 years old and he will not budge from his asking price. So is it worth it? Thanks for your help!

This is my daily driver, worked perfect all day this past Friday and when I got home that evening I had to go back to the store and that is when it did not want to start, I tried it a few more times and it started. I drove it around all weekend and it started just fine, and then yesterday evening it did not want to start again. Then ten minutes later it starts up just fine? I cant depend on it so I need to fix this ASAP. What can it be? Thanks

Car has a brand new radiator, new thermostat, and both fans DO kick on when they are supposed to so I know its none of those reasons. I can drive it all day with no AC on and it will not over heat but if I turn it on and I stay stopped too long it starts to over heat, I have spent a lot of $$ and still cannot figure this out, help please? I bought a Civic a few months ago that needed some head work since the head gasket was messed up. I have now got it fixed and the car runs fine except for when I take off from a stand still, right before it goes into second gear it kind of pulls/jerks, not a lot but I can feel it. It does not do it for any other gear just reight before second, once I get on the freeway and it goes into every other gear it's fine, it is just when I take off from a stop. Anyone out there had this problem before? If so, can you help? Thanks.

I had Goodyear tires on my car for 4 years and they started making alot of road noise, so I checked them out and after 65k miles it was time to get something else. My friend gave me a good price on some USED Bridgeston Turanzas, but now the road noise seems to even be louder! So my question is, can it really be the tires and should I just go out and get some NEW Goodyears again since I had ZERO problems with those? Or might it be something else that is causing all this? The vehicle he was in had insurance and I got all the information but he was not an approved driver on the policy. The insurance called and told me he was an excluded driver so they probably wont cover my damages. Is there any thing I can do about this to make him pay?

My 2001 Honda Accord wouldnt start, it would start for like 2 seconds then shake n turn off, some guy stopped to help me and got under the back of the car and hit something back there and told me to try to start it, it took 5 tries but it turned on, so he said it sounds like its your fuel pump, so I bought one and drove straight to my mechanic. Mechanic installed it but no dice, he said the car still wont turn on, has anyone had this happen to them? What else can it be?? Thanks for all your help guys

Engine starts fine, but right after ignition the rpm's drop nearly to the point of engine dying....it doesnt do this all the time but most of the time it does...any one have any ideas what the problem might be?

We think she has nghtmares at night because all of a sudden she wakes up very startled and last night we just heard a loud bark at 2 AM and the next thing we hear is one of her babies crying. We ran to check on the puppy and it was making gurgling noises and had blood all over her face. We cleaned her up and we cannot find any cuts on her but she cant breathe thru her nose, and has a little blood coming out of her nostrils....she only breathes thru her mouth and kind of wheezes and she chokes when trying to eat food. I am taking her to the vet this evening but I cant stop worrying, anyone ever had this happen? If so did she cut her inside her nose? Thanks for your help.

I started this past Monday, I thought it would be hard but I have been doing pretty good, I read that once I get past this I should feel way better but its not a good feeling, am I really THAT addicted to CARBS???!!!

For years I have always only got around 6 hours of sleep every night but about a month ago I started feeling sleep, groggy, and tired every day so I decided it might be time to get about 8 hrs every night. I feel better during the day, Im not tired anymore but now I dream so much and have really bad nightmares, and I hardly remember what they were about the next day. This just has me thinking why am I dreaming so much since I only used to dream like once every 2 months and now its every night??!!! Is it because my brain is getting used to a lot more sleep or what is it? PLEASE HELP, thanks.

Puppies are about to be four weeks, they will go to the vet at 5-6 weeks for shots and deworming. When I called the vet to make an appt, they recommended me to worm them at four weeks. The dam has still been eating the waste, but I just want to know if she will eat it once they use the restroom and it might have worms? I am also worming her since its also recommended. I have a 3/4 sleeve done on my arm and i have decided to finish out the rest, I am looking for a tattoo shop where a tattoo artist that does great Japanese work can be found, the sleeve was done by Mark Thompson BUT I have been calling over and over again for an appt and he doesnt return my calls or emails, so I need to find someone!! It really doesnt hurt when I run I am mostly in pain when I am sitting down.....But I dont want to do any more damage to my disc by running, should I try the bike at the gym?? I have used regular 5w-30 oil in my car since I bought it in 08 with 55k miles. MY friend has a coupe and suggested that I switch to synthetic. So my question is would my car be okay if I made the switch, also what are some benefits of using synthetic oil? Thanks for your help......

Ok so when I try to take a shower I turn the faucet for the cold water and I have to turn it literally like 4 or 5 times all around for the water to come out and when it does it comes out FULL FORCE I know there is an in between where not too much water comes out because that's how I used to put it but this started last week.... What's wrong??
