What is the distance around the perimeter of a ten acre plot of land and is that distance the same regardless of the plot shape?

I have Window 7 and Windows Vista on the same hard drive under different partitions. Under this configuration I was able to select which version of Windows I wanted to boot into when the computer was turned on. I had to reload Windows Vista recently and now it just loads straight into Windows Vista. The Windows 7 partition is there but I don't have to choice to boot into it on start up. Is there a way I can change this?

I have Paragon Partition Manager and tried the boot manager. It didn't see the Windows 7 partition and Vista was my only choice.

I was driving by the newly installed AT&T node at the entrance to my neighborhood today. An AT&T tech had the box opened and on the inside panel it read "Lightspeed Ready". Does that mean that AT&T is getting ready to offer U-Verse to my neighborhood? Or is Lightspeed something else totally?

Im adding a hard drive to my Dlink DNS-323 How important is it to match the hard drive? Does it have to be tv same brand and model or same brand, size and cache?

My sister-in-law has bought a iPod touch for my brother for Christmas. She asked if I could fill it with his music, photos and a movie. I already have iTunes on my computer. I wasn't sure if there would be any complications if I use my computer. So, which of the following should I do? Should try to activate and load the songs on it with my computer and iTunes with an account I made for him? Should I load iTunes on my laptop and activate it using a fresh install of iTunes with and account I made for him? or should I wait until Christmas when we're at his house to load iTunes on his computer using the account I made for him?
