Would doing BodyBeast and Brazil Butt Lift by Beachbody be considered overtraining?

I stand and walk for 7 hours and 15 minutes a day a few times a week since its part of my job. I try to include weightlifting and cardio for a few times a week. I'm just wondering, does standing count as cardio?

So during work I smiled at this girl who works with me and she giggled when she smiled back. Is it possible she might like me?

For the past 3 weeks all I have been doing is several sets of squats and pushups throughout the day because I don't have time to work out. I alternate between the two throughout the week. Anyways what I'm noticing so far is slight changes in the obliques. When do you think i will get more noticeable results?

I am in the bathroom 3-4 times a day sometimes more. I also have very little time throughout the day to workout because of my busy schedule. So is doing 20 pushups before you enter the bathroom and doing 20 pushups after you come out of the bathroom a good way to sneak some exercise in a busy schedule?

I haven't played soccer in 12 years but I have a foundation I can probably build from I know how to juggle a ball for 3 seconds on my knees and I'm a good at punting so How can i brush up on my soccer skills to make them better???

okay so i got into a few fights in my past im not proud of them but when it comes to fights i avoid them at all costs but when it comes to being scared or hearing something i don't usually hear it triggers the fight or flight response and well it usually ends being the fight response rather than flight...
