Does "Caucasian" have different meanings when referring to race as opposed to things from the Caucasus?
There's a question which asks about "Caucasian food" to which a lot of Americans have responded with American food as opposed to food from the Caucasus region (Azerbaijan, Armenia & Georgia). Surely it's like using "European" to refer to a single culture.
