Last week I was walking home, and half way home I got this sharp pain every time I put weight on my right food. I iced it and it didn't seem to help, Also I wrapped it and it only made it worse. For a while I could walk on the outside of my foot and it wouldn't hurt as bad. Now the pain just comes and goes, it comes when I walk then take a break then walk again. It goes when I stop walking. The pain seems to be inside my ankle and a very sharp pain. When laying down it doesn't hurt the only like it hurts laying down is if I move it to the sides like rotating it. I have tried resting it, icing it, heating it, wrapping in, dealing with it, soaking it, putting head on on it, stretching it, and advil; but nothing seems to work. I can't get into the doctor for another week but would love to know what is wrong and or how to fix or deal with it.

Work done = potential energy gained = m * g* h = 2 *9.8*5.10 = -100 J.

How do you find height? I know its 5.1 but how?

I have been having a lot of leg pain lately, its like a mixture of growing pains and a pulled muscle. The pain is in my legs a lot and goes to my arms every once and a while. It starts in the joints and moves up my legs and arms.

My mom has periphal neopothy (not spelled right) so I am kinda worried, I am 17.

Also I got into a quad accident and thats when the pain got worse I had it before then but now the pain is worse and it lasts longer.

Any ideas on what is wrong??

Here is what I was given:

Calculate the Applied Force that will make the object move up the ramp with constant velocity. I need to find the work applied how do I do that?

If the object is 100 KG and distance is 15 m and the incline is 20 degrees?

i am 15 years old and have chest pain, like a shooting pain in my chest. Some times it's when i breath and some times it's when i move. but all in all i get them a lot. any clue what it could be from?

but my best friend likes him ok shes in love with him.... she talks to him more then her own bf i dintt know what to do .... i like them both butdon'tt wanna have them screw up therelife'ss ... if tried talking to them but they just turn it back on me!!!!!
