I kind of understand how a hyperlink works but is there a way that i can instead of hyperlinking something to another page can i hyperlink the information from one place to another

example: I use a hyperlink to a definition on a dictionary can i just hyperlink the word and it just shows the definition without redirecting me somewhere else?

OK so i am good looking i have dated 4 hot chicks which where 2 10's 1 9.5 and one 8.6
