My kitten Sweet Pea recently got spayed... she has pooed on the carpet 2 times since her 12/23/09 surgery. She is about 9 months old. I'm not sure why this is going on. There is not a pattern that I can see. One time there was some things in the litter box, and the other time it had just been cleaned out. I have not switched litter brands and my other cat Bella has not been in the room when this has happened... so she isn't running her out of the box or anything like that. I have 2 cats, and 2 litter boxes that I try to keep super clean. Since the surgery she hasn't been her 100% self, but I think she needs time to heal, I mean it does cut certain hormones off, that has to change their personality some?! I'm so concerned and worried for her.

When she was a kitten her mom abandoned her. We found her outside very very weak. I took her under my wing and fed her kitten replacement milk. She ended up having a blood transfusion because she was anemic. So lack of vet care is not the problem here. That poor girl has been to the vet so much in order to be healthy. I am hugely attached to her and want her to be happy. I hope someone can help me and Sweet Pea!
