I am Young in my thinking and I can play up like a teenager, but i am 42, i do suffer from depression and i am in a wheelchair due to an illness that has taken my mobility away from me, also because of being in the wheelchair i have put on a lot of weight, in fact i have never been as big in my life i was always in clothes size UK 8 to 12 depending on make or cost of clothes but now i'm anything from a 16 to a 20 or even higher depending on make and cost of clothes, but i feel awful about all my weight.

The thing is i don't eat a lot and i haven't got a craving for foods but i seem to be getting fatter and fatter i'm so embarrassed how i look, all i eat in a day is some days i will eat breakfast which is 1/2 a grapefruit and a bowl of porridge, and some days i won't have any i'll just have a cup of coffee or two, and i may have a few biscuits, then i won't have anything till tea, which would be fresh meat ie: chicken, fish, beef, with noodles, pasta or potatoes, and four types of veg, that will be monday - thurs fri i may just have breakfast then nothing, then i won't eat all day saturday till sunday when i have a roast dinner , then i have nothing for tea.

I am also allergic to: Salmon, cheese, soya, tuna, and some other things.

Can someone help me come up with a diet where i can lose all this fat well at least 2 stones at least, without having to exercise as i can't physically do any.

but put in a pair of denim shorts in a deep wine colour, well you can imagine what has happened every pair of our jeans are now pink!!!. Does anyone have any ideas how we get the pink stains out of our jeans without taking the blue out of them just the pink/red.

How can i get my daughter to forgive me.

We had an argument tonight, where i said some horrible things to my daughter but the worse thing i did was grab her by the hair so she would look at me, i have never ever hit or touched my daughters before and i know it will never happen again i just lost my temper and usually i am able to control it, but and i know its no excuse but i'm not well at at and the argument just escalated into something in shouldn't have.

I will give you abit of background, growing i was really badly treated my parents and beat up by my mother, then i was sexually abused by my grandfather, and then mentally and physically abused by my boyfriends, one being my twin daughters dad, and even after this i have tried to be a good person and tried to be a good mother but now i have totally failed, i vowed i would never hit my children and up till now i haven't, but 6 years ago i ended up in a wheelchair due to an illness, which left me in mega pain everyday and very depressed, my husband or daughters never had to do anything in the house i always tried to do it and i had three jobs as well, but i never realised that i put so much on to my daughters till tonight, as they had to do things like clean and cook etc as i can no longer do it anymore.

Over the past two years my one twin has started to spend more and more time at her boyfriends, and my other twin talks to me like **** she is really horrible to me and now i've learnt she no longer wants to come home anymore, at first i just used to tell her to stop being nasty and stop talking to me like that, but now i've started to talk back to her the way she talks to me, but tonight it went into a really horrible argument, i told her she was a ***** and to stop being nasty to me all the time, the more she said she wasn't one the more i said she was it got worse and i grabbed her by her hair and told her to look at me, eventually we calmed down and spoke about everything, but she's told me she'll never forgive me, and the other twin said i smother them its like i love them to much and i need to let them go, but how do you let go of something you have loved protected, saved from danger, always being there for the etc. how do you turn your love off how do you stop trying to protect them, its like you've been made redundant, fired, let go off, how do you stop being that mum they needed and be a different type of mum, and how can i get my daughter to forgive me when sorry just isn't enough.

Before i could check my dogs food she had eaten abit and i noticed there was some fly eggs on her biscuit bit, i chucked the rest away and washed her bowl and put her some fresh food down, Does anyone know if these can cause problems to my dog?, Do i need to get in contact with her vet?

I have got an established tropical tank, i have had my tank for 10 years plus with many different species of tropical fish. At the moment i have got 2, 5 year old Parrot Cichlids, 1 red tailed black shark, 1 texas cichlid, 1 10year old plec and i think its a rainbow cichlid, i did have 2 7" tin foil fish, 2 clown loach, a 10 year old fox, and 10 year old red tailed black shark, 2 younger tin foils and they have all died within the last 2 months so i went to a large aquatics shop near me and they checked my water for me and he said it was rather low about a level 4 and reccommended i put in some p.h buffer and water conditioner, but i'm a bit sceptical because i don't put chemicals in my tank unless they really really need it but i usually try to leave putting it in.

Do you think i should put the chemical in my tank or could you give me any advice how to raise the p.h levels naturally.

I really hope you can help me and i thank anyone who answers my questions.

I am interested in two mobile phones but not sure which one to buy as my next phone.

I have a dressmaking dummy that has had a lot of wear and tear over the years, i bought it off an old lady who couldn't dress make anymore when i was 15 and that was 23 years ago (OMG i feel old ha-ha), and she had it for many years too so it has done well to last till now.

The foam that underlines it has gone to dust and the material has started to come apart i have tried to glue it but it doesn't last, so does anyone know of anywhere in the UK i can get it re-covered or can anyone advise me how i can do it myself, it is a dummy that can be moved to different sizes.

I have a beautiful ***** called Mika, she was four years old on monday, but the vet says she is over weight.

I can feel her ribs when you stroke her and her tummy goes up where it should do, but they still say she is to big, she is a Dalmation crossed with a border collie & she is more Dalmation than collie, and her mother who is a pedigree dalmation was bigger than she is now, she is so pretty and i don't want to starve her because she doesn't eat that much anyway even the vet says she is eating the correct amounts, and if we ever give her a treat she has raw carrots because we were told they were good for the teeth!.

She has one walk a day but she plays all day long she just doesn't stop, i can't take her out for walks myself because i am in a wheelchair and she is scared of my chair even though she has been by it since she was a puppy, but i am worried about her because i don't want her to suffer in anyway.

she was 23kilo in october when we had her spayed (i didn't want her done but they said she would get cancer if i didn't) but since her spaying she has put more weight on and is now 24kilo even though we have dropped her treats out and dropped the amount of food we give her too.

So if you know what weight a dalmation cross should be please let me know,because i think they are scare mongering they say she should be 21kilo which would make her look starved, like i say you can feel her ribs now. These vets/doctors they are all just obsessed with weight, i think they think we should all be skeletons with skin over us.

(Quick Summary) 5 years ago i was put in a wheelchair by an illness now i live 24/7 in pain and i have to take a very high dose of pain killer the trouble is the side effects, they make me continually sweat from head to knees, i can control the body by a very good antiperspirant. The trouble is my face & neck i can not get anything to stop it there nor can i find a foundation that lasts.

I have always used Max Factor Lasting Performance but it doesn't last at all now, i have tried loads from cheap ones like Collection 2000, Miss Sporty etc, reasonable priced ones like Revlon, Max Factor, Maybelline etc, to the expensive ones like Clinique, Estee Lauder the one i find works the best is Lancome but it still doesn't last all night so i have to take extra with me to patch me up.

So i would really appreciate if anyone can suggest a foundation or a make-up that would last all night on a wet skin, its embarrassing when the only make-up you have left on your skin is on your cheeks and eyes.

I am making a dress from the New Look no.6091 pattern, it is a top or the longer option is a dress.

I have already made the top and when i done the waistband i put the elastic on the top by using a chaser well now i am making the dress i don't want to use that way of doing the waistband so i looked on the website www.burdastyle.com and went into the learner part of sewing with elastic cord, it told me to use a zig zag stitch larger than the cord so when stitching is finished you can pull the elastic to the desired look or measurement, this is the way i want to do mine because i will be putting a sash round to cover the area, but can i do the same sort of idea by using a flat elastic or do i need the cord?.

I appreciate anyone who can help me do this or give me any suggestions, i have made clothes before but they have always had waistbands or zips, i have had to change the way i wear clothes now because i am in a wheelchair and making them myself is great because i can do them how i need them even if i do have to alter the pattern slightly.

I have a problem with my stitches and because i have lost my Janome manual i just can't seem to get the tensions right, i have put the differential feed to 1.0, the stitch length to 3, and the tension knobs i have put to: going left to right, No1 - Yellow between 3/4, No2 - Blue between 3/4, No3 - Red between 5/6 and No4 - Green between 5/6, the four stitches seem to look right but they aren't very tight, i will be using a chiffon material for my first top and a jersey for the second top. can anyone help me resolve this or is there anywhere you know off where i can download a free manual to my laptop.

I have started to knit a cardigan for my sister who is pregnant with her first child, and she has asked me if i could do this for her, so i thought i would have a go, the only problem is i have only ever knitted scarfs and i can only knit and purl i don't really know how to do patterned stuff, but i found a pattern with a plain knit jumper and cardigan, well i have started the cardigan and i have done ok so far i have done both front sides and the back, but i have come to the sleeves and they have only wrote it for patterned sleeves and there is nothing there for plain knit sleeves, so i wondered if there are any clever knitters out there that can convert this into English for me to understand please. The pattern is a Peter Gregory No:7156. and i am doing the plain v neck cardigan for anyone who has this pattern.

I cast on the 33 sts and did the rib bit for the cuffs, this bit i understood lol.

It says :- 1st Row - K6 (7-8-9-10) work 1st row of Lace Panel, across the next 17sts, K6 ( 7-8-9-10).

2nd Row - P6 (7-8-9-10) work 2nd row of Lace Panel, P6 (7-8-9-10). ( can i just K1 row and P1 row instead of these 2 rows?)

These two rows form st st at either side of Lace Panel. keeping continuity or 12 rows of Lace Panel correct throughout inc 1 st at each end of next and every foll 2nd row until there are 37 sts, then every foll 4th row until there are 49 sts. Then work straight until sleeve measures 16cms, ending with a purl row.

It is this i am getting really confused with, because i started doing it as a k1 row p1 row and it only took 4 rows for me to get up to the 37 sts when it says i need to do 12 rows and if i carried on to the 49 sts i go over the 12 rows so i just don't understand it at all.

My best friend has had a bad time of it just lately and has now decided it is time to find love, is there a website i can go to or anything else where i can go to find gay clubs in the area around where we live.

She is my best friend and deserves to find love but they must accept me and keep me in her life as we are very close and we have been through a lot of good and a lot of bad together, but i want her to find love and be happy and i will always be there for her anyway whatever happens.

Do you have problems finding clothes that fit you, especially coats and trousers, do they bulk up and feel uncomfortable, I do, and i'm thinking about designing and making some so i can look good and feel comfortable, What things bug you about clothes so i can change that area in my designs.

They have seen on the internet an American morning programme where they were talking about the young gymnast who won quite a few medals at the olympics, well apparently she fell off the beam and they had to euthanize her, they were talking as it was nothing, i've told them that it is a joke, if you know what it was for can you let us know, was it for april fools or something like that. haha?

I have been married for 10 years this july and together for 12 years, but things seem to hit rock bottom they have been like this for a few years now, but i really do feel that he don't love me anymore.

I got ill 2.5 years ago which which made life difficult for me, as it has put me in a wheelchair, our love life was never much i'd say once or twice a month which to me is devastating as i love bed time usually, now it is none existent, for the last year or so, now he doesn't even want to get near me, i get 3 kisses well quick pecks in a morning, one when he gets back and 3/4 at night nothing more and nothing less, he is so materialistic and has got us i £50,000 in debt, we have got help but they have took our house of us they own it till we pay it all back, now he is still buying things that we don't need like 50" tv's only because ours is 42" and doesn't have hd, i didn't even know nothing about it, half the time we don't have money for food. i sleep downstairs because i can't get upstairs, if he loved me don't you think he would want me with him, i'm so alone, i don't see or hear off anyone, as he moans when people come round so i have lost them now.

What are your thoughts?

I was wondering about the end of the film, when Phil Daniels who played Jimmy, rode the scooter up the hill and the bike went over the cliff did he go over too, was it a suicide attempt or did he save himself when the bike went over.
