  • Frosty fridgerator?

I have a Roper fridge that's main cavity stops getting cold due to ice in the freezer compartment blocking the vents to the lower compartment. Even at lower temp setings (3 or lower) it requires defrosting quarterly. I'm thinking it has a truncated defrost cycle caused by a part. My level of for electronics and handy guy ability is outstanding. Model RT14BKXK001 SR#V5M1612661 TYPE 14TFA

  • After 20 years of not driving due to two dui's (paid) what would inhibit getting an out of state license?

With a clean record for two decades (1984) the state would want a assessment, remedial classes, formal hearing with a lawyer (though it's not mandatory, they like you to spend money on a lawyer), and high risk insurance if they grant you a JDP. You have to spend money to make money and to make money you have to drive. Catch 22 anyone? I know somebody who got their license out of state (they moved there, same church, different pew as issues go) with no problem as a first time driver as few people drive in the big city. Are they baiting them self into problems later?

  • Have cigarette companies changed their cigarettes to not burn?

Up to a couple months ago a normal cigarette would stay lit once ignited? Even some old timers would know about the mean trick of putting one in a matchbook and sliding it into somebodies pocket. Or kids might use it as a fuse for firecrackers. Now, not unlike the 120mm brands, they will go out sometimes if not actively puffed on.

  • What is the percentage of children born out of wedlock in the U.S.?

A few years ago I heard that over 54% of the babies born in the Chicago metropolitan area were born to this statistic.

Some people weren't concerned with buying the cow when they could get the milk for free at one time and still are. Now with the bun in the oven, they would care little if the table was set or not!

  • What percentage of the motor vehicles sold in the U.S. today are front wheel drive as opposed to rear wheel.?

A partner and I were running down the highway today as his Honda CRV went automatically into FWD for a moment when the vehicle had sensed traction loss on one wheel. When the thought came up if it was driven by the back axles or front when fwd wasn't engaged. He didn't know cause he just bought the new model due to being very happy with his older model which is now driven by his son after 175,000 miles. This question I can find out. But as the time is close to making decisions about vehicles. Inspite of high cost of front end maintanence possibilities the front wheel driven cars have, I like the idea of the horse in front of the cart when it comes to the weight displacement over the front axels for traction and handling. And as a work vehicle is in order too in good time, I wouldn't mind a pickup for the room but not the fishtailing with an empty cargo bed. Any spot on one page as to narrow the playing field would be good. The literal answer would be good for trivia anyways otherwise.
