Help me help me help me! My rat terrier over the years continues to urinate in the same spot and has ruined a good 3x5 area of carpet. She is such a loving, loyal dog but I am so sick and tired of finding the spot on the carpet! What can I do A. to get her to stop, B. to remove the stains and the smell. It is beyond home steam cleaning at this point!!

I lived in Cape May way back in the day 1982-1985. We lived down the street from the beach. It was absolutely beautiful. I would like to take my family to the east coast. Any cool vacation spots besides the Boardwalk and Wildwood? Keep in mind I have a 7 and 9 year old, don't necessarily want any loud/crazy party places.

So there is this person at work. I could really care less but I always try to at least make eye contact with my co-workers and be civil. From day one I have smiled, made eye contact and this person, I don't even know who she is continues to mean mug me. Hello this isn't highschool. I am 30 years old and seriously she acts like she is gods gift to the office. Thankfully I do not even know her and we don't have to work together. When I see her coming down the isle if we have to cross paths, now I look away and don't give her the time of day. However I felt this warm-fuzzy feeling come over me yesterday and thought I will be nice and smile one more time. Nope didn't work, she looked right at me and stared...Am I missing something? LOL!

Ok why is it that I get all jazzed up to work out and eat right and then I just quit. I don't seem to have the time. I have two kids, we are always so busy. I want some me time, lose some weight. I always seem to take care of everything/everyone else but myself. Don't misunderstand me, I am not excessively overweight I just want to tone up and get healthy. Ideas...
