Trouble with installing win 10?
I downloaded the ISO and saved it to a flash drive and it hangs up at the part where it checks if my computer is ready. Am i missing a step? do i need to do something special instead of just saving the iso file to a flash drive?

I cant think of a single famous gay scientist other than maybe Alan Turing. Does this imply that there is something wrong with the minds of homosexuals? do we tend to be less intelligent? Or do the smart gay people just all flock to the entertainment and fashion industries? And if so, why? I hate fashion and most "entertainment" people.

Rocket A travels galactic north at 186,000 miles per second for a period of 1 second.
From the same starting location at the same moment rocket B travels galactic south at 186,000 miles per second for one second.
each rocket has traveled 186,000 miles in one second. relative to each other, the two rockets are now 372,000 miles apart (1st is that right?) they have traveled 372,000 miles away from each other in a period of 1 second. (2nd is that right) relative to one another the rockets have moved apart at nearly twice the speed of light. (3rd is that right)
Assuming I'm correct that the rockets are now 372,000 miles apart in a period of one 1 second, how have they not traveled away from one another at faster than the speed of light?
Please explain what I'm not getting here.

I heard that if you square the diameter of a refractor in inches you can determin what focal ratio it would need to provide a color free image. This seems okay for a 3 inch (f9) or a 4 inch (f16) but a 2 inch could be an f4? a 6 inch would need f36? doesn't seem right.

Wouldn't it be possible to build a giant optical/infrared interferometer in space with resolution unlike anything ever seen before? Could we build one that orbited at the L4, L5 Lagrange points? Or maybe even 10 AU apart? Why not? If that's too big for it to work right, why not one just 1km across?

I have an idea for a telescope design that could be somewhat revolutionary. Surely someone must have thought of this before but I've never heard of it.
My understanding is that you can't increase the surface brightness of an object with a normal telescope. An increase in aperture results in an increase in magnification. More light is gathered, but, it's spread over a larger area.
What if you took three or four refracting objective lenses and using mirrors, arranged them so their focal points converged at the same point. I'm not an expert in optical design, but I could guess there could be problems with making sure the light rays would be parallel when they reached the focal point.
Could there be some way to accomplish this? It sounds very expensive, but if it could be done I think you could gather enough light to see galaxies and nebulae like no one has ever seen before. increasing the surface brightness enough would allow you to see colors and details more like those in photographs.
Maybe the lenses would have to shaped very strangely and precisely for this to work. Perhaps insanely long f ratios would be required. Maybe that's why it hasn't been done on a large enough scale for me to have heard of it. Or maybe it just isn't possible. Does anyone know? Does anyone understand WTF I'm talking about?
