    No, since you are seeking answers on the question-and-answer service "Yahoo Answers". For a question to be rhetorical, the one posing the question must NOT be in want of an answer. By asking it here, it is presumable you do in fact want an answer, making it non-rhetorical. Even if you were looking for no answers (no one to reply), it would still not be rhetorical, since posting it suggests you did in fact want some kind of response or answer, unless that was a reaction that didn't involve an answer in which case, yes, it's rhetorical.
