Do you think something big is gonna happen by the end 2015?
A lot is happening around us everyday. I wish I could see a lot of good things happening in this world but all I see is people killing more people, scandals, corrupt politicians etc. People are quickly forgetting about the missing Malaysian Airliners. I just got a gut feeling we'll see them soon here in the US. By then it'll be too late. People are too busy "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" while trying to be like "Basketball Wives", being hypnotized by Facebook or the latest celebrity gossip and everything else that holds little to no significant value in our lives. What do you think?...........that is if we ever think at all.

3 AnswersTattoos8 years agoCCW question.I have been a CCW holder for 4 years and never thought about this scenario.?
If a unarmed criminal or criminals are trying to rob me and discover I have a firearm and decide they want to try take away my firearm to use it on me or threaten me with am I by law able to use deadly force or shoot them below the waist?
9 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years agoOpinion on reverse racism.?
Just answered a question on YA about affirmative action.I am bridging of that to get some different viewpoints.Heres's my assessmnet:
In 1995, Timothy McVeigh, a white guy from New York, detonated a massive truck bomb, killing and injuring nearly 1,000 people, many of them children. Despite the fact that McVeigh committed terrorism on a massive scale, to this day people don’t give the side eye to every white man they see at the airport. They don’t tackle random white men in the wake of violence. They don’t do that because they know that one white person committing one foul act does not taint all white people.
When people of color are caught committing crimes, on the other hand, it is to many racists in America a testament to the fact that those entire communities just can’t be trusted. That’s one of the ugliest aspects of racism in America and it’s a good example of one reason why whites complaining about “reverse racism” have it all wrong.
2 AnswersSociology8 years agoIf far right cons are so 2nd Amendment?
Why are they so against other countries being able to defend themselves against our tyranny coming from the US.Cons say they don't want Iran and others countries to have nukes because they're on the inside looking out,but if they were living in those countries I honestly think they would have a different opinion.I mean Ahmudinejad is nuts and contradictory much like our leaders over here, but who is kidding who. You're only for the Constitution when it applies to people who think like you,but you know what, thats what makes this country so great. You're supposed to be able to believe whatever you want to believe, marry whomever you want to marry, vote for whomever you want.
Life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness will always be the greatest verse in the DOI.
9 AnswersLaw & Ethics8 years agoWho else thinks that the Garden of Eden can be found ?
I believe it would only be located somewhere not bound by time.,Adam and Eve were immortal in the Garden and now they age and die when they leave the garden.I mean think about it we are aging and dying every second that passes by.You basically make a death wish when you blow out a birthday candle.
4 AnswersReligion & Spirituality8 years agoI know he is old news, but how can Mitt Romney accuse half the country of being lazy...?
and taking handouts when he's been handed everything since birth?I voted for Obama but I honestly think Ron Paul should have ran because he seems to be more in line with reasonable conservatives ideology and mine.I'm not talking about people to the far of anything either.
10 AnswersPolitics8 years agoHow is this for a gun bill? I am pro gun but I am also pro common sense. We need a middle ground.?
Would anyone consider this as a reasonable gun control bill:
1)Ban semi auto rifle magazines over 30 rounds to civilians.
2)Ban pistol magazines over 18 rounds to civilians
3)Ban all steel core and armor piercing rounds to civilians
4)Background checks and psyche exams will be required for anyone purchasing more than 1000 rounds per gun, per caliber, per month via a ammo card issued by the state unless you are a competition shooter or firearms dealer registered with federal and state government.
5)Background checks are required for private sells and in-store sales of ALL firearms.
I can honestly say that enough is enough, but we need to meet these issues with a certain sensibility to both sides of the gun debate. You are wrong if you think no firearms are the answer and you are wrong if you think more guns are the answer.Tell me what you think.
20 AnswersPolitics8 years agoWho needs a Constitution or Bill of Rights when you have free will?
Let's be real for a moment. If people really wanted to we could do whatever we wanted, granted there are consequences for doing some of the things we truly want to do.
7 AnswersPolitics9 years agoWhy won't anyone admit that capitalism has failed?
It just like any other system has it's pros and cons. But it appears that in America the success of a few is dependent on the failure of many e.g Wallstreet Bankers, Housing Crisis, debt, inflation. It seems the ones who acquire all keep average working citizens like myself chasing a false reality even to the point where we could lose everything. If you're not a door to door salesman selling your own stuff or a Steve Jobs, you are just making your living off others.
10 AnswersOther - Politics & Government9 years agoWill technology hasten the decline of our civilization?
It seems we rely on technology too much.Jobs that used to be filled by humans are now manned by machines leaving the worker purposeless. We know more than we rightfully should.I think there is a limit to the knowledge we should have.Men should not be creating clones, viruses, etc. These are the works of God and yet people try to replace him by doing these things.I believe the tree of knowledge of good and evil was a metaphor for the things we learn.Lately it seems we have been eating from the tree of knowledge for too long. The funny thing is no matter how hard I try to break from technology,in one way or fashion I revert back to it.It's like it has been etched into my skin.It is time we eat of the tree of life. What good is knowledge to a fool if he is in his grave?
8 AnswersReligion & Spirituality10 years agoWas Osama Bin Laden %100 wrong?
I know that some of his viewpoints are extreme just like others in this country, and the murders are even more unforgivable. But I ask you this is it wrong to fight against foreign occupancy and impositions of ideology and the taking over of natural resources from one's country when we did the same thing against Britain.I am proud to be an American but we act like we are the police of the world. What would we do if China had military presence all around the US and had missiles in our country and raped us of our natural resources.Osama was bad but not as bad as Hitler who killed millions of people.I think that he was a very misguided man who was very religious whose intentions were to fight against foreign occupancy and the other things I mentioned.Just face it if another country had military presence in our country, bombed our cities, and try to monopolize our resources wouldn't we feel how he felt?

I remember when I was little my grandmother told me she had a dream about a unicorn on a ice covered lake and I was there.I ran towards the unicorn and she was calling me not to,and if I remember correctly she said I fell in once I touched it.
5 AnswersDream Interpretation1 decade agoWhat do you think about my theory of the human race?
Lets say we were created by a God or extraterrestrial being or beings. We were all part of an experiment to create the ultimate human race not bound by race religion or sexuality, but mind body and spirit. You have this god or higher life-form/forms who have lived a long time and is pitting us against each other for the sole purpose of creating replacements to watch over this planet. You see we have a diverse culture worldwide:ethnically, religiously, sexuall… intellectually. Now what if they/he tested these groups with the humans being the control and putting race, religion, ideology, and sex(preference and identity) as the variables.Notice how there is a clash between all the variables eg:racism, phobia or hatred of any religion not affiliated with yours, clash of ideas, and problems with gays or trans-gender people(and the treatment of women as inferior to men instead of being equal).I would say this is the test of all tests. The way things are now we would be lucky if we pass with a D.I wanna hear your input.
2 AnswersOther - Social Science1 decade agoWhy do people think Islam is a threat to the US let alone any other country?I wanna hear what you think!?
I think Christianity is more of a threat to itself than Islam is to this predominately Christian country.Every religion has it's extremist.Islam has the Taliban and Christianity has the KKK and any other Neo Nazi group .It seems like the racist bigots in Christianity are more critical of the bigots in Islam.Fact of the matter is that most of these people who are afraid of Islam are a small part of the majority who are ignorant and scared of anything not the same race, religion, and sexual preferred as them.As long as there is a majority anywhere(regardless of race or religion) there will never be full equality anywhere.
