OK i have a win 7 64 bit with a dual core processor two sticks of ram (2gb each) a ASUS P5Q SE motherboard.

When ever i try to put my ram in Dual channel mode my computer slows down and my games crash

my ram is identical in every way but the serial number. I put them in dim A1 and dim B1 so I'm doing it right as far as i can tell. I am at a lose :(

I've tried the windows disk but the option doesn't seem to be available regardless of any path i take, help would be vary nice.

They said that the motherboard was faulty and that's funny sins it was fine for the last 16 moths i was using it.

all i wanted was for them to take it out and put it in a new tower slap in a new processor and call me in the morning and now i`m left wondering what else i can do with a $2000 paper wait or maybe i shod demand a replacement any thoughts.
