I've had my dog Hershey for one year. She was a stray and I took her in and loved her dearly. A few months ago my home situation changed and she had to become an outside dog. She was fine for the most part. The biggest problem is her climbing and jumping the fence. We put up chicken wire and she used her nails to jump and climb up it like a freaking ninja. We took down the fence, built it even higher and she still managed to run and jump over it. Running out of options we put her in a closed supervised area during the day and started kennel training for the night. The kennel is a room, connected to the house from the outside. She is very warm and has blankets and her favorite stuffed animals and a heating lamp. Ect. It's been working out fine for the last month. Recently the last two days she has been a huge brat. She refuses to go to sleep and instead howls at 2/3 in the morning. And today she chewed a huge hole in the kennel to where she can fit her head through. I'm running out of options and I love her more than I love most people but I'm running out of patience. What can I do to fix the problem? Is there any other option besides the kennel. I can't take her out of the kennel since she hops the fence in the middle of the night. HELP!

Yesterday while laying In bed watching Netflix, I was trying to nap. I had an itch and I scratched it and went about trying to go to sleep but the itch got worse. I looked down and seen hives all up and down my arm and some on my legs. I quickly popped a Benadryl and went to take a shower to see if I d feel better. Nothing helped. I went to my friends house, she lives only two doors down, to have her mom take me to the hospital because I started having trouble breathing. The next thing I knew I was convulsing and gasping for air. My legs and arms went numb. I went to the hospital and they got my breathing down, but I was still very shaky and my head still very light. The hives on my arms and legs disappeared and moved to a different spot. The only thing the hospital told me was I was having a panic attack and gave me a steroid shot and sent me on my way. I went to sleep over at my friends house so they could keep and eye on me and went to bed and woke up to even more hives this time all over my upper arms and all over my chest. I can t explain it. They keep moving spots and Benadryl isn t helping neither is anti itch cream. I don t believe the nurses saying I m just having a panic attack. I ve never had a panic attack in my life.

I recently had my car repossessed for being behind by 1 payment. I called my finance company and asked what the complete total with all the fees included would be to get my car back. They told me the total, and told me exactly what I needed to do. I went and paid the grand total and added my monthly car payment with that same total thinking I could kill two birds with one stone. I called to confirm that it was accepted and the associate told me he received it and then chastised me for including the monthly payment as well but said it was ok. All the paperwork was processed and I got my car back. Now half a month later, I'm getting calls from my finance company saying I did not pay my payment for the month. They first tried to tell me they only received a partial payment for the repossession but I had a receipt and they still called me a liar. It took 2 weeks for them to confirm that everything was received, because for some reason every time I talked to a new associate I'd have to repeat the process over. Now, they are telling me everything I sent was added to extra fees that I was never told about. I told them to listen to the voice recordings of all the conversations but they refuse, and I refuse to send more money to them when I was told I had paid everything, and that they had received the extra for my monthly payment and I was cleared. What can I do? I called a lawyer for help but they never called me back. This is the 2nd time I've had this problem with this company.

I recently started a new job as a secretary and my first order of business was to deposit a check into my bank account from my boss who was currently away on business in the UK. After receiving a check by fed ex over night shipping I went to Bank of America to open an account. I opened the account and the teller put the check into my account for processing. The next day, my sign in password wasn't working and my boss had given me instructions on what to do with the money. I called my bank and got the run around until they told me my bank account was being shut down due to the fraudulent check. I played phone tag with many places until they gave me the number to ChexSystems but when I called that number I never got a representative. I don't know what to do. I've never had this happen before, and I'm only 20 years old and I can't have this kind of thing on my account because I also have another job. I contacted my boss, however, I think this job might have been a scam but I'm not 100 percent sure. Someone PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
