96 Dodge Caravan Starts without battery?
We had a 96 Dodge Caravan come in with an electrical problem. We put it in the lot and disconnected the battery from the vehicle. While we working on another vehicle the vehicle started by itself. When we investigated the battery was vacant as well we attempt to short the vehicle by touching the hot battery lead to the chassis but failed to disable the vehicle. The vehicle ignition was in the off position. We then pulled the computer fuse which failed to turn off the vehicle. We then pulled the Fuel pump fuse which did disable the vehicle.
The question is why did the vehicle start without a battery, ignition to off and a pulled Computer Fuse?

I bought some P58 Pelikan Fountain pens for inking my comics and illustrations, however Pelikan recommends using their 4001 formula ink for the pen than type A Drawing ink for consistent results. Has anyone had any problems with 4001 ink?
