I'm with someone I got with right after i found out i was pregnant. (bio father isn't in the picture) my boyfriend knew from the very beginning that i was going to have a baby and he always tells me he loves me and that he wants to be with me but that he isn't ready to be a father. I'm not sure what to do, he says he doesn't want to leave me but he keeps telling he's not ready to be a dad, i told him its a decision he needs to make on his own and that the baby isn't going anywhere. I don't know what to do, im upset and i just want an outsiders opinion on weather you think he will go or stay and if you think things could work out, (men your opinion would be great) thanks in advance and please no mean comments.

I'm still pregnant and i was ordered by the judge to go to oriantation and mediation cause my ex wants custody of my unborn child, im only 10 weeks pregnant! Whats gonna happen if i dont show? the only reason my ex wants to take me to all these different court dates is to be around me and make me suffer and waste my time and scare me and im sick of wasting my time. Its stressing me out having to go to all these ordered court dates! I can't do it anymore!

My ex took me to court for a restraining order against me, I am currently only a 10 weeks pregnant and he is already trying to get custody of the child. I have a court date for oriantation, mediation, and another court date for him to decide of a three year restraining order is needed. BTW we do not have any children together. I think all of these days i have to go in is crap and I don't want to do it. I don't care if he gets a restraining order against me. What are the courts going to do if i don't show up to any of these? Can they really send out a warrent for my arrest on a personal case?

Someone got a restraining order against me, they have been the one harassing me and i haven't once tried to contact them. I wan't to know if there are any laws for the other person, if he has a restraining order does he have to leave me alone too?

If I have my husband on my child's birth certificate, can another man i had sex with around the time i got pregnant come back months later and request a paternity test and ask for full or partial custody of my child?

What can he do? get custody of my uterus? He has to get a paternity test to prove he is the father in the first place and he cant get one until the baby is born! Wont he have to serve me again after the baby is born?

My boyfriend is always playing with my ipod. I was ok with him doing this at first. Now he takes my Ipod without asking me, and wont give it back when I ask for it....until it is dead, he is buying all this stuff for it like its his. He tried to take it to his now to be ex room mates house and i don't want his room mate breaking my ipod or stealing it for the rent he says we owe him for months we arent going to be there. On top of all that I just found a huge selection of porn on my ipod...WTF?!?!? I don't know what to say to him to let him know he can't touch it anymore without pissing him off or it come out as im blowing up on him. any advice on how to put that into words?

I drempt that I opened my eyes and a little girl was standing there in a nightgown and sock, her hair was covering her face cause her head was down and it was dark. I closed my eyes cause this freaked me out. Then it felt like my head was being shaken and i saw a blurr of black and white from behind my eyes. then i dont remember what happened but i couldn't move. I couldn't scream and I was trying to. I could only make this low whining noise, it almost sounded like humming. It was all i could get out of my mouth. I finally found a way to get out of the bed but i could only crawl out of my bed. I crawled to my door opened it and layed there whining. then I woke up. I don't know what to make of this dream. Could it be a ghost?

Blood with or without oxygen is red. We have red blood cells not blue blood cells. Where on earth did the myth of blue blood come from. The veins that appear blue actually aren't. If you got a divorce with your partner would you have to get your parents information?

What would you say if your fiance told you that you could have sex with someone else and they wouldn't have sex with anyone else. What would you think of it? What would you honestly do with the freedom? what would you say after they said this to you?

I recently got engaged and my fiance left to see his family since he got a month of leave. He hadn't seen his family for for ten months. we didn't get to spend much time together after we got engaged. we text on and off during the day but i like getting to spend time talking to him on the phone when he isn't spending time with his family but instead of talking to me he plays xbox and only talks to me for a few minutes. I don't mind this when he is spending time with his family but i don't like that he is going out with his gal friend and spending hours with her and wont even talk to me for more than a few minutes on the phone. i don't know why this upsets me so much, but do i have a right to be mad at him for it? we wont be able to talk other than on the computer for the next two years either because he is getting stationed in japan.

ever since we got engaged, my fiance has been acting strange. He says things like he is going to punch me in the ovaries or hit me. He told my mom he was going to kill me when i was sleeping cause i slept later than him. he called me an idiot in front of my parents. when he takes me out to eat he coplains if i don't want to get an actual meal and then complains when i waste it. I was playing around with him and he hurt me and not until i got really mad and pushed him did he stop. i've told him i don't like it but he continues to say things that are not only rude but worry me. he told me if i broke up with him that he would hurt me. I really don't know what to think or do.

I am going to court in a few weeks, I don't have any money to pay for a dui, i don't have a job can't find one, When i got pulled over i had a .11 BAC, I spent a few hours in jail, I didn't have a license, just a permit and not with me, and im 18. I am not getting a lawyer because i can't afford one, but i was wondering if when i go to court, if i am able to ask for community service instead of a fine or a smaller fine and more community service? Also what else am i going to be required to do by the courts? I have never been in trouble ever, this is my first time doing anything legally wrong. I was also wondering if i called a military recruiter if they would come to court with me and the charges could be dropped in exchange for me joining the military? I know i made a mistake all im here to hear is how to fix it.
