I am a big fan of pop culture and geeky media living in Utah, so our comic convention known as FanX (formerly known as Salt Lake Comic Con) is one of the highlights of the year for me. So as you can imagine, I was very disappointed when it was cancelled last September due to the Covid-19 pandemic. When these vaccines were announced, I started getting hopeful that perhaps FanX would return in 2021.

However, certain rumors also have me wondering if we'll have at least one more year of no large gatherings. Rumors like the Covid-19 mutation that's come up in recent news and the lingering question on whether or not the vaccines stop the transmission of the virus. So I'm about 50/50 as to whether or not I see FanX taking place this September (16th-18th, for the record).

Based on what we do know so far, do you think large gatherings will be possible by then? I don't know why, but I feel like getting multiple opinions will help give me a better idea on what to tell myself until we know for sure.

I have three old cell phones that are just lying around the house eating dust. I stopped using all of them for the same reason: the USB port got damaged and I could no longer keep the charger in them long enough to charge. So I'm wondering if perhaps I can sell them at a pawn shop or something and make a little money.

But in order to do that I need to wipe them of personal data and I can't do that if I can't charge them long enough to be able to turn them back on (they all went dead). So is there any way I can charge them without using the USB port so I can turn them on long enough to wipe them?

Most of you by now (or at least, most people who care to) have seen the Sonic The Hedgehog movie. If you have, as you know there is a scene at the end of the movie where Robotnik is stranded on the mushroom planet and he lists all of the things essential to getting back that he lacks, but then looks at the quill from Sonic and says (with extreme confidence, I might add) that he'll "be home by Christmas". 

So what do you think is his plan to get home and how do you think it involves the quill?

I'm not asking which of these two Italian, capped plumbers would win in a fight. More like who would win an arm wrestle or a bench press contest.

Most people say Wario is the stronger of the two, but from what I've heard Mario seems to have the more impressive feats. In most online forums, it seems like  most people agree that Mario's biggest strength feat is when he lifted and threw the castle. While most people claim that Wario's  is lifting and throwing DinoMighty. Of these two feats, obviously a castle is heavier than a dinosaur. Also, while some of Mario's other feats include lifting and throwing the likes of Bowser, King Bob-omb and a bloated Luigi, Wario seems to struggle (as you can see the sweat coming off his face) smaller objects such as stone columns.

Honestly, I don't know much about it (which is why I'm asking) since I haven't played any Wario spin-off games and most Mario games I've played are the multiplayer games like Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros and the sport games. So please go easy on the comments. 

I'm always trying to find new jokes to post on Facebook. Some of my favorites are jokes that only work in written form. Jokes like:

Every year since his main roster debut, Finn Balor has always been rumored to have big matches at WrestleMania, and next year (WM 36) was no exception. I've read rumors of him possibly challenging "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt for the Universal Championship. Or facing The Undertaker in a retirement match.

But now that he is on NXT, does that mean he won't be having a match at all? Although, he has stated interest in continuing the story with Bray Wyatt. Maybe he can move back up to the main roster some time before WrestleMania. Or maybe he can do what Kevin Owens and Sasha Banks did when they first started on the main roster where they competed on both the main roster and NXT.

I have often been told I have a great narrator voice. I have even been stopped by random strangers that have told me that. Over the years, I have been asked to narrate multiple programs for church, school, etc. So an audiobook narrator sounds like the perfect job for me. But before I really act on my desire to be one, can anybody tell me a little bit about it?

First, are there any special requirements? Any degrees I may need? As of now, my highest form of education is a high school diploma. Even if there aren't many requirements, what's preferred?

Also, would I be on a set schedule? One reason why I like the sound of this job is that it's a work at home job and what would make it even better for me is if it was a set-your-own-schedule job.

And finally, is there anything else I should know about this kind of job that I didn't ask about? Anything you can add would be greatly appreciated.

I don't know much about UZURV, but from what I understand it's just like Uber and Lyft only you can choose things. Like the type of vehicle you were picked up in, for example. Keeping that in mind, I have recently been wanting to go to Deseret Industries (for those of you that don't have that near you, it's a thrift store/donation center owned by the LDS church) to buy a nice work out machine. Problem is: I would be going there by way of bus/train and so I would not be able to carry one home, nor do I have a truck.

So here's my question: if I used UZURV and requested a driver driving a truck, would I be able to put the work out machine in the back of their truck? The driver's help in getting it in my house or even out of the truck would not be necessary. I would just need their help in getting it home.

Or does UZURV not work that way? If not, do you know of any services that would be able to help me with this problem? Thank you!

When it comes to WWE, I have learned to never say never. Legends return, retirees come out of retirement, people who we thought would never sign with WWE DO sign with WWE and multiple non-wrestling celebrities actually wrestle a match or two. Mr. T., Floyd Mayweather, Akebono, and Stephen Amell are not pro wrestlers yet have been featured in a WWE match.

Not saying it will ever happen, but one non-wrestling celebrity I would like to see in a WWE ring is Jason David Frank, the MMA fighter who played the Green/White Ranger in Power Rangers. So I'm curious, if he were in a WWE match who would you like to see him face and why?

Me and my family lost cable TV about a year ago. Afterwards, I started watching RAW and Smackdown on the internet every Monday and Tuesday night. After several months of doing that, I learned that those websites were not safe so I stopped doing that and started watching RAW and Smackdown on Hulu.

While watching on Hulu is an option, it's not without its problems. Like I can't watch till the next day and RAW is not complete. I then thought of subscribing to WWE Network (which I still might do) but then I learned that episodes aren't posted until about 30 days after they air.

Does anybody know of anyway I can watch RAW and/or Smackdown the night it airs without cable? If not, I will continue to just watch it the next day on Hulu. But if there is any other way, I'd like to know about it. Also, if it's a website I'll need valid proof that it's safe.

I remember years ago (I think it was over ten years ago because I was at my old house) my brother and I would watch Cartoon Network every morning for Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh. I remember some mornings when we would wait for those shows, we'd watch the last little bit of whatever was on Adult Swim. I wish I could be more specific, but I remember watching an anime show where a character slayed the Devil. As in there was a picture of the character slaying the devil with a sword on the wall.

Like I said, I wish I could be more specific but I DO remember it was an anime that was the last program on Adult Swim in the morning before the kids shows came back on. This would've been 2004 (I'm pretty sure, anyways). If anyone could tell me the name of this anime, I'd appreciate it.

I read an article last night saying that WWE could possibly be getting rid of the brand split after Fastlane, meaning every pay-per-view afterwards would be dual-branded. So I wonder: does that mean they ll be bringing back Night of Champions?

The Night of Champions pay-per-view is the one night where ALL championships in WWE (not including NXT) are on the line, a tradition that can't be kept up if the only dual-branded pay-per-views are the big four. And I find the Clash of Champions pay-per-view pointless because just every title on that specific brand is defended, which isn't really saying much. Backlash 2016, Hell in a Cell 2016, TLC 2016, Great Balls of Fire, No Mercy 2017 and Hell in a Cell 2017 were all non-Clash of Champions pay-per-views and yet had every championship for that particular brand on the line.

What do you think? Will they bring back Night of Champions?

In WWE Mixed Match Challenge, if The Miz and Asuka lose with The Miz getting pinned or forced to tap out does that end Asuka's winning streak?

The reason why I ask is because I was thinking about which team WWE would have win the whole thing, but then I thought if Asuka's winning streak would end if they don't win (even if it's The Miz that loses) then it kind of has to be them who wins because I don't think they'd have Asuka's winning streak ended on a minor WWE program.

Up until recently, I had never really thought of subscribing to the WWE Network. I figured since there were other ways I could watch RAW and Smackdown, why bother. However, we lost cable a while back and so recently I've just watched RAW and Smackdown on Hulu, which has a few problems. Like I can't watch them till the next day and RAW is not complete.

So I'm now strongly considering subscribing to WWE Network and I just have a few questions on how it works. First, would I be able to watch it live the exact time it's airing? If not, then how early afterwards can I watch it? Also, if it does have live streaming then could I start watching from the beginning even if the actual program is currently in the middle of the show? Like say I came home from work one Monday in the middle of RAW. Would I be able to watch from the beginning as soon as I got home from work?

I understand you can watch pay-per-views when subscribed to WWE Network. Can I also watch those the exact time it's airing? One last question: I haven't yet subscribed, but I did download it onto my PS4 earlier today and on the calendar I went to this next Monday (Jan 29th) and all that was listed was the Royal Rumble, not RAW. I don't get that. Can anyone explain this to me?

There s a lot of similarities between these two classic Disney villainesses. Both dress in black and purple cloaks, both have pet ravens, both put the princesses in a death-like sleep that can only be broken by "love s first kiss", and they both have the same scream of vanquish.

So which (slight pun intended) evil witch from Disney do you like better and why?

With The Undertaker gone, Finn Balor is my new favorite professional wrestler and I'm really excited and anxious to see who his opponent will be at WrestleMania. I'm really hoping it's someone good because it's his first WrestleMania ever as he was cheated out of this last year's and because he needs to gain some momentum back since he hasn't been booked the best way ever since his return.

So I'm curious to know who a lot of you think he will face. Most of the predictions I've read I don't think have much of a chance of happening any more. Some of those are:

Finn Balor vs Triple H

Finn Balor vs AJ Styles

Balor Club (Finn Balor, Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson) vs The Shield

Finn Balor vs The Miz for the IC Title

So I'm curious to know what you all think.

As soon as Lindsey Stirling's Warmer in the Winter tour was announced, I immediately looked up ticket prices and saw that she had a couple VIP packages, one of which was a Meet & Greet one which I really wanted. So as soon as I put money in my bank account, I got online and went to order the package. A few things had me confused, so I simply called the number they had listed for general ticket information and the lady just took my order over the phone.

On the phone, she said that the cost of the ticket was $260 plus additional fees adding up to a total of $273. When she told me the cost of the ticket, I clarified that it was the Meet & Greet package and she replied "yes". However, I've been just a little confused about something. On the Lindsey Stirling Tour website, it says that Meet & Greet packages start at $269 and I was only charged $260. I know a $9 difference shouldn't be bugging me that much, but I do wanna make sure that I bought the right thing.

Does anybody know if there's an explanation behind this? Have any of you had experiences like that with VIP packages?

One WWE dream match I'd REALLLLLYYYY like to see is Sting vs Finn Balor. Unfortunately, Sting is retired so the chances of us ever actually seeing that match are slim to none. That is, if we're talking the original Sting.

Anyone remember in WCW when there was an Imposter Sting, played by Jeff Farmer? Or on the February 16 2015 episode of RAW when a Sting doppelganger (this time played by Heath Slater) came to the ring? Well, that gives me an idea.What if a wrestler debuted as another Imposter Sting? Someone with a similar hair style that can pull off the same technique and do the same moves as the real Sting? He can wear the same face paint and have a feud against the Demon King, Finn Balor!

I personally would love to see this match, even if it wouldn't be the original Sting. What do you think? Yay or Nay?
