education, not ignorance
i am married to a great man and we live in Florida.(don't blame me for how messed up this state is) i hate putting labels on people. i accept everyone as they are. i have strong personal convictions, but do not impose my personal views on others. why on earth is Casey Anthony allowed to go to her attorney's office every day, and be there all day long?
Her "home confinement" officer had allowed this? it is clear she is not in counsel with him for all this time. how is this "home confinement"? This is wrong. she really needs to be in prison. but this home confinement thing is a joke. any thoughts?

To constitute depraved indifference, the defendant's conduct must be 'so wanton, so deficient in a moral sense of concern, so lacking in regard for the life or lives of others, and so blameworthy as to warrant the same criminal liability as that which the law imposes upon a person who intentionally causes a crime. Depraved indifference focuses on the risk created by the defendant’s conduct, not the injuries actually resulting.
this at the very least will keep in behind bars longer while police work on the evidence.

When you have a beloved TV show or movie, and then you learn of strife, hatred between the actors in real life, does it effect you view of the show. would you rather not know that your favorite married tv couple really hate each other in real life? would ou rather not know of the trauma's that Shirly Temple suffered to make movies? does it change your enjoyment or view of the show/movie?
