A week & a half ago I handed in an application for Romano's Macaroni Grill, and the next day I called to ask the boss if they had reviewed my application. She really seemed to like me and we clicked right away.

On Tuesday of this week (2 days ago) after no phone call, I went in the same time I went in to hand in my app and basically requested an interview with the hiring manager. He had told me he liked my application, and my outgoing / friendly personality. We had a pretty good interview and spoke about a lot more than just the job, and I could tell he liked me. He even told me "I have a feeling I'll be seeing you again"

I got along with the staff very well as well, we cracked jokes and they stopped and would talk to me while he went back to talk with the boss. When he came back to me, he said she was busy and had other interviews he had to do, but he said to me she would call me within the next two days, emphasizing that she WOULD definitely call me. I mean a real emphasis.

"She's going to call you within the next two days, and she WILL call you."

Well, the past two days have gone by .. and no phone call. I don't want to seem pushy and annoying, but I also want to show that I truly am interested in the position and willing to show it to get there.

My question is, should I wait for a phone call? Should I call back within the next few days, or stop in and see what's up? Like I stated, I do NOT want to come off as pushy but I really do need this job and will do close to anything to get it. I'm an attractive 18 year old female and feel as if I did great for a first interview but now I'm not sure what to do. I can't just let this job go though, as it sounded like I pretty much landed the position. Help, anybody?

Okay so my boyfriend & I have been together for 7 months now. I truly love him and we're super comfortable with each other. It started getting weird recently. He has never taken me out on a date, except for the movies ONCE and he hated it. We should really be going out and having lots of fun, I'm 17 (turning 18) and he's 19. He chooses his friends & pot over me almost completely unknowingly. The other day, I asked if he wanted to go to the beach with me, and he said no. The very next day, he refused to go out together yet 2 hours afterwards he was going out with his friend, to the beach. He is constantly spending every ounce of money he gets on weed & going out with his buddies. He will go out with them 'till 2 in the morning, yet he gets so mad at me and refuses to speak to me if I want to go out at 7pm without him! He is jobless. I actually got a job offer as a waitress for Hooters, and he told me if I get the job it's definitely over. Actually he doesn't want me getting any waitressing job. But, he wants a job as a waiter. He is a huge hypocrite with many things. I've been having to come over his house daily, it's the only way I can see him. And when he wants to come over my house, it has to be when he's done with his friends (usually around 1am when I'm ready to go to sleep.) He does all of this and still has the nerve to tell me how important I am, how much he loves me, etc. I'm sick of being stuck inside because he doesn't want me going out with my best friend. I don't know how I can end this. Anyone have an idea? I don't want to live this way anymore. Thanks :(

So my boyfriend had the stomach flu while I happened to be over his house while he did. It was about 3 days ago. I have an extreme fear of throwing up so it has not left my mind that I might have caught it. My stomach has been uneasy the past few days but today it went crazy. I did not vomit, I was constipated, so I took an exlax and had diarrhea in which is all gone now. I'm nauseous right now and I'm praying I don't, but I'm afraid I might throw up? How long is this horrible feeling going to last until I know for sure that I'm not going to throw up and feel normal again? It's been 3 days :(

Hi everyone, so I have been around people with the stomach flu (lots and lots of throwing up) for the past 4 days. My boyfriend got it and I was with him yesterday while he had it. I haven't gotten it from everyone else that had it several days ago, and I'm sort of afraid I'm going to catch it from him. I exercise quite a lot and am hoping my immune system kicks in. So I thought I was "talking" to this guy. We've been hanging out and texting for about 3 weeks now. We kiss and stuff and act like a couple, but we aren't official. It sucks, we're both 16. Both pretty attractive. When she isn't there, guys seem to like me a lot. When she is there, no one takes a second look at me. Today this boy who had a crush on me (till he saw her) came to sit by us in class. I'm a 16 year old girl. I'm not skinny, I'm curvy, I'm 124 pounds and 5'4 with slightly muscular calves, a full butt and I'm pretty busty. Let me start. I'm 16 years old, 5'3 and 128 pounds so about 130. I've been trying to watch my weight and its been working super well till I came on vacation here up north to visit my family with my mom 3 days ago. The very first day, we had pasta and all sorts of bread. That was a bust. The next day, I attempted to workout in the morning and made myself egg whites. Then, we went out to celebrate seeing another aunt at this really high class italian restaurant in which I ate SO much. I exercised again this morning. and now, I'm doing so well today, but my older cousin surprised me and said we're making cookie brownies. I agreed to it because of course, I'm not going to be that girl that just says NO to a treat even though I've had a treat everyday being here so far. I already look extremely bloated and I hate it! What do I do? :/ do we make them and then I tell everyone I don't feel too good and not eat them? My willpower is really testing me. Help!

Alright, so me and this guy are both 16. We met in school about a week ago and hit it off. He acted like he really liked me, we hugged, we cuddled, we told each other how we felt. Heck he even said he wanted to make me his girlfriend. All this happened in like 4 days. And as of yesterday, he's been texting me less & less.. and when he does, its not even interesting. We don't even have conversation.
