I need to start running more to train for pre season field hockey in 3 weeks. But I need some motivation . How can I motivate myself to run everyday and eat healthy? Serious answers please!

I have to read a book over the summer for school. I like novels, and books that have good life lessons and a good story. I am going into my sophomore year of high school.

For this summer, I have to work out in what is called interval training. Here is an example of one of the workouts (this is all for one day)

10 minute jog, 4 X 25 yard sprints, 4 X 50 yard sprints, 4 X 75 yard sprints, 2 X 100 yard sprints, and REPEAT.

I am not the greatest distance runner, and I was wondering if there are any tips to help it become easier as time goes on. I am open to ANY excersising tips what so ever. Thanks for helping!

My life is falling apart. I'm not doing very well in school, I don't know who I am, I worry alot, and I can't feel God anymore. I love God with all my heart, but I'm starting to think he hates me. Okay, so I am just having horrible, horrible thoughts about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit. I love my religion. I love being a Christian so much. But, my head keeps thinking these thoughts. These thoughts are like "Jesus is a dumb****" and I don't know why I am thinking thoughts like that because I know that they are not true! This is driving me crazy! I love God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirt with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength. I want these thoughts to go away. Does God hate me? Please help!!!!

Im 13. My life is really stressful and when im stressed out I can not seem to calm down. What would be some easy ways to relax or unwind. I know stuff like take a bath and meditate. If its the middle of the day, I don't usually want to take a bath. As for meditation, my house would not be the best place for that because I have many family members. Please help me!
