I'm moving from OH to AZ, would I need to do a vehicle safety, or emissions test? I'd be moving to Tombstone

So the Ohio BMV says I was suspended for not having insurance, but I do have insurance. I had The General and it expired on 02-02-18 at 12:01 AMand I switched to Geico, my Geico insurance started at 12:01 AM on 02-05-18. There s no lapse so why would I get charged with no insurance, and the paper from the BMV said it expired on 02-02-18 and that s even correct?

Are they a scam or not? I looked at the reviews and they're all good looking to me
