I got a 26 a week ago and now I got 44 idk if it was b/c I wore running shoes and that helped w/ my breathing or b/c i jump roped for almost a week. But how can i improve at least 20+ in a month my goal is 100. thx

so I graduate in a year I want to know what I can afford w/ a roommate both earning $8 an hour like working at the mall or if there are any jobs that don't need college and earn pretty descent amount. i think it was a christian female singer and in her music video she has different lives one of them she has a baby, the other she has a nose piercing and purple hair i think but the one im sure is where she is going to rob a bank with other ppl there all dressed in black in a van and she sings while everyone dont seem to care like if she wasnt singing

I remember watching it on t/v and it was this movie about 4 girls i think / they all made a plan to try to get this girl out of there way or prank a blonde girl. But then they accidently kill her and they think she is dead but then they start getting haunted by her they receive a call i think it said 3-9 days to live. Also this brunette dranked a glass of water and there was a red string in it.I'm pretty sure she almost choked. At the end the blonde i think she was wearing a red dress she was supposedly drowned in the bathtub b/c she came back for revenge and this girl got saved for a while then the blonde killed her.It was a big house if that helps. :D
