I just turned 21 and to this day I am pretty awkward when it comes to talking to them. What can I do to improve?

They really needed a bench player!!

I currently work at a supermarket and I really hate it! I currently have another job and school so my schedule is pretty tough! I was kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place so I had to take this job. A family friend put a good word for me and my friend and I applied so one day we were told to come in at 7 in the morning for orientation. Alright, and we ended up waiting for two hours then someone told us the manager wasnt coming and wait a week! I was upset and did not want the job! And then a week later and a half later I got the call and had to take it because I didn't want to make my family friend look bad. So now today was my first day and I tried to be positive but I felt miserable! They are making me come in at 2 am!!! And I can't change it because they already made the schedule! I want to bite my tounge real hard and last a month just so I won't make a family friend and myself look bad unless there is an easy way out? Help!!! I'd rather find somewhere else

Other than morally, if you quit cold turkey does your mind "rewire" and your body? I only do it once a day but I might stop. Are there really benefits from it?

Today I got so mad my head started hurting, my legs gave out, my face was red, and I just felt horrible! of course i dId not take it out on anyone just myself. I need help! How do you overcome bottled up anger ?

So Me and this girl have been close friends since 2011 to late last year. we stopped being friends because she just got a weird attitude. So early this year in school I ran into two mutal friends and we were just talking and I said if they kept in contact with anyone and they said her. I just casually said we haven't talked in months, we were suppose to hang out but she canceled on me. I then said" I don't know? I get the feeling she doesn't want to talk to me?" Then talked about something else. Then a few weeks later my ex friend texted me telling me i told people that she hates me? I didn't talk crap about her nor said those words? And she claimed I was rude last time we spoke but she was the one that ditched me for her new girlfriends twice late last year and the last time she canceled I just said "ok.fine" eventually i tried taking to her and she kept blowing me off. So I just decided I wasn't going to talk to her. I dont know what I did nor did I think what I briefly said to our mutal friends was rude. On the contrary I was trying to find out what was wrong with her? Anyway was I wrong? Did I make her seem bad? Or was she overreacting?

It's his last season( possibly) and he is and will always be known as an amazing player! I feel he deserves to be on the cover! Who do you think should be on the cover of the next 2k?

From what I seen in videos of Julius randle, he reminds me of zebo. They both play pf and are strong players in the paint. Do you think Julius will end up being like zebo?

Boogie is a really good center! And I feel like he can be memorable one but I don't think he is going anywhere with this kings team. As a laker fan it would be cool to see him as a laker but I doubt it. Do you think boogie would ever leave the Kings ? If so what team?

No disrespect to either of them as I respect both players and there talent. However when vince carter was in his prime he was really good! The guy was good defensively and offensively. Now that he is a veteran in his recent years he hasn't been as good. My question is do you think kevin durant will be like vince Carter? Durant is amazing right now! On the offensive and defensive side but in time he will struggle to find his groove?
