I’m very slight naturally (half Japanese) but I find it hard to gain weight and my body is overall quite weak and succeptible to illness. I also have aches and pains in my back and neck. I’m only 20 and eat healthily but do minimal exercise. Suggestions for strengthening myself? Thanks :)

I'm almost 20, a fair amount of people consider me attractive. I have good self-esteem and lots of hobbies and interests outside of my studying.(Also live in a big city) I have close female and male friends but somehow I can't find anyone. I know I should enjoy being single but I crave close intimacy that isn't the same as friendship. I have friends who have fallen in love 3 times whilst I've never been in a relationship. I have no issue being close to people as my friendships are very strong but for some reason dating doesn't seem to happen for me. Why is it some people fall into relationships easier/more and is there anything I can do?

1) I don't mean lavish gifts, I mean a box of biscuits for example

I took a year out doing an art foundation and this October I'm starting an engineering based degree. I just got my reading list and I'm so worried about whether I'll be able to do the work. I've had a year without maths so I'll be so rusty, it's also an incredibly academically demanding uni. Anyone have tips for how to adjust/deal with university work load etc?

So a couple months ago out of the blue he was really flirty and stuff happened that night (completely driven by him). we're all a group of friends so we've hung out since but nothing's happened. About two months ago she kissed this guy who we're both friends with. I asked her about it and she shrugged it off and said she didn't like him or anything when i asked repeatedly- just said she thought he was sexy. They've met plenty of times since then but nothings happened since. Recently we were all out and ended back at a friends house, 4 of us snuggled on a mattress. He'd been kind of flirty all night which is surprising because he's a quiet guy and we never really talk loads but yeah and one thing lead to another and **** happened. I didn't think it was bad because it wasn't like I intercepted her. He completely came on to me and had equal opportunity to go for her but didn't. I just assumed it was a one off thing but today she was really cold towards me- she's clearly annoyed. I feel really bad if I've upset her but was what i did really wrong??

I ve always assumed I m straight and done things with guys, still haven t had sex. But lately I m questioning myself, I had a crush on a girl and I m sexually attracted to women but I ve never acted on it. How do I know for sure and if I am how am I supposed to meet girls? I m 17 and go to a girls school where the only bi girl is my friend and i don t see her that way at all. I also don t really enjoy meaningless sexual acts with strangers..

I just finished my exams and I've always been an a* student but I didn't reach my/everyone's expectations so know I don't know if I can apply to the uni of my choice. Not only that but I feel lost in terms of friends, I have plenty of friends but they're all from different "groups". I hate being stuck in a group which has meant that I'm group less which is lonely sometimes. I don't like any guys my age I only have one guy friend I just don't click with any guys my age they're such posers and it makes me feel like I'm missing out. Any advice?

I come from an academic middle classed household- my father's a doctor and grandmother an economist etc.

I am taking maths physics economics and art for a level.

Although I perform well in all my subjects I love art.

Im struggling because my family is pushing for oxbridge but I know I don't want to stop art. I would pick a career in art but many are badly paid and not seen as serious careers and qualifications and a fancy education count for nothing so would it all have been a waste? Where as if I went down a more academic route I already have a head start?

This guy is the first guy I've ever liked and the only one. We clicked and it was great but we never dated and he slept with someone while I was away in summer and then I kind of stopped contact with him. He's obviously moved on, it's hard because he's at all the parties I go to and I still think of him as the sweet guy I knew. I've kissed other people and all but really I just want him. Why am I so weak?! It's not like we were in love I just liked him, why am I so pathetic when it comes to him, I'm normally so strong?!

I know how to flirt, touching, giggling eye contact etc but how do I flirt...covertly. I like this guy but I don't want to come on to strong. So how do I show that I'm interested without being obvious?
