I want to play football next year (for varsity). I already have the speed and football smarts. The problem is my strength. Right now i weigh 140 pounds- i want to weigh like 160 at least. i usually curl 25-30 pounds. I bench press 135- which is close to my body weight, but i want to get much stronger. Can someone tell me workouts that will make me stronger and increase my weight? i take around 100 grms of protein a day. mostly i want to work on my arms and chest. Please don't post any outrageous workouts that i probably wont be able to do.

I played a little football in middle school- but that was a long time ago and i know its a lot different and harder in high school. Im a decent to good backyard football player and im fast, but thats probably irrelevant in an organized football game. I weigh like 140 pounds, but i got a gym membership and im taking protein after workouts as well. Since its been such a long time since i played organized football, i really dont have much smarts in that area, so i want to start studying football strategies and tips which will help me on the field- if i get to play lol. I also want to play a position on offense. Any tips for me, or is it too late in my high school career to start playing?

Every time i start combat arms, i click the start button, then hacksheild loads, then three seconds later, the blue screen of death appears, and my computer restarts two seconds later! I found out that the file that's causing the problem is called EagleNT.sys. I also updated my whole system- the video drivers, service packs, and everything. I have a Vista and it meets all of CA's requirements to the max. Everything was fine until a couple days ago, its just recently that this bsod is giving me problems. Please can anyone help or know someone that can help.

Or is it still ongoing? I'd expect to be done (the anime is), but when i got to the last chapter available, chapter 51, it didn't seem right that it end there. If you read the the last chapter in the manga, you'd know what i mean.

I bought my iPod touch at walmart last June and I also got the 2 year extended service plan (for $20). Two weeks ago my screen cracked (although it still works perfectly) I sent it to apple in hopes that they would fix it. They just sent it back without fixing it saying "accidental damage was found". I still have the receipt from walmart for it. Is there any way they can fix it or replace it and what should I say to the receptionist to do it?

i got my ipod last july and got the extended $20 warranty on it- well, two months there has been something wrong with the headphone jack (some headphones don't work in it and it sometimes sounds staticy when you move the plug around) anyway i wanted to send it to apple to get it fixed, but last week i accidentally dropped it and the screen cracked! that voids the warranty- right? the screen still works fine, so the only thing is that theres a really noticeable crack on it. im only a kid and i cant afford anything above $50 dollars, and i still haven't told my parants (cus theyre gonna be REALLY po-ed) how can i fix it for free or really cheap? (the screen)(i don't really care the sounds a little off anymore) i heard best buy can do it -or if i take it to an apple store...

Yesturday i started to feel really sleepy, i have been coughing, and i was so sleepy i went to sleep at 9(i usually go to sleep at almost 11), after taking some NiQuil for my cough. In my sleep, i felt cold, even though there was 3 layers of blankets on me and my room was about 70 degrees (F). I woke up at about six and i was still very sleepy, and my cough made things worse. My mom made me stay home from school and now im still sleepy with a cough. Do i have somehting serious? This only started about halfway through yesturday =(

i had to restore my computer to factory default due to a virus and my itunes was deleted, and i reinstalled it after the restore. I didn't sync my ipod yet because it would just delete everything on it since now my itunes has 0 songs/app/videos. i tried to 'transfer purchases' so i could put the app files on my computer and start syncing again, but it says it's "unauthorized". i don't want to have to buy all the apps again because that would just be a complete rip off. could someone tell me how to transfer my purchases i made before onto my itunes?

My dad doesn't have a greencard- he came here about 10 years ago. My mom and the rest of my family are legal citizens. For some reason, when he applied long ago, he was denied (even though married to a legal u.s. citizen) since then, he has started a business here and it takes a lot of work to keep it going. Now his mom(85 years old)- in India- is sick and he's depressed because he can't go see her. Is there a way we can temporarily go out of the country (like a month) and come back to our regular lives here after visiting my grandma?

my dad came to the U.S. about 10 years ago. Im 15 now and his mom(my grandma) is sick back in india, but now he's depressed because he is unable to go see her. He applied for a greencard before, but didn't get one. We want to be able to take my dad with us next time we go visit India- probably in December. Please help me- thank you who ever answers

i have 20 minutes of free time before school everyday. i would like to make the most of it and do a small workout to help me gain muscle. Except all the equipment i have is a 20 pound dumbell. What do you recommend i do?

Until recently- yesturday-my computers been crashing( a blue screen pops up saying to restart your computer) so i keep restarting it and i noticed that there isnt any internet connection either- but i know there is because im writing this via ipod touch (wi-fi). Also, whenever i try to open a program- such as system restore, a command prompt opens and dissapears in a flash. I thought it was a virus so i scanned my computer for viruses spyware (deleted them and restarted computer) and i fixede my registries- could someone please tell me what happened to my computer?

i recently sold 3 items on ebay and i have a pypal account. When i claimed my payment i went to ebay and i still had zero dollars in my balance. Do i wait till i get money in my account to mail the items to the buyers or do i have to send them first in order to get the money?

Do the games go in chronological order- is it all one really big storyline put into many games, or do they each have a different story all together. in that case what do they have common besides their names?

I have dvd movie files on my computer, and when I use Nero Vision to import them, the "Backup files of the ISO"(menu files- im guessing) are 'unsupported"-so i cant just drag them into the burn list. how do i burn my movie with working menus, but not the costum ones nero provides. oh and please dont ask me to switch over to any ohter software, because i cannot return Nero + i dont have any money to buy another software.
