In the state of Michigan can you legally film a police officer without his consent while getting pulled over? Do the wiretap laws prevent this?

Wanting to do business in another state but a Tax ID for that state is required. How do I go about getting one? I tried calling the revenue office but I needed information that I didn't have as I don't live there.

I'm 21 years old, I went to court for child support for my 2 year old son and his mother brought up my business, which made 23,000 before expenses and deductions. I had no proof that I didn't just take $23,000 and pocket it at the time, so they added the 23,000 on my normal income making my child support not affordable. I do have proof, that my business made almost no money after expenses and I will be appealing the referees recommendation. Can they take my business money (with whom I have a partner with) even if I haven't made any money from it?

Anyway, she's demanding I sign this schedule, which I don't 100% agree with, or else I can't see him. I don't want to sign anything that can be used against when we go to court. Is this black mail? If I don't sign it, I don't get to see my son. Can she do this?
