We applied for a loan to buy a home, we ran in to some issues and they said they will see what other options we had. That was on Tuesday. I called again today and still got a "we'll call you back". Im not sure if it will be spproved or not so We just might end up buying the home cash, so my question is,

Can we just notify the lender and walk away from our loan application since is has not been approved yet? Will there be any fees or penalties?

Long story short,

we are building a house in a subdivision that requires us to have and aerobic septic, i noticed that in the deed restrictions so i emailed them and asked if it was possible to use a different type of septic system, they said that we have to take it up with the public health department and get an OKAY from them since it is the county or city that requires it. so my question is,

what co-department do i contact or who do i contact to talk to about the matter?

im currently taking microbiology right now, and i have the opportunity to take anatomy and physiology in the second summer semester. i was wondering how challenging of a class it was. i know it highly depends on the instructer and the student as an individual to make the grade. Im actually doing VERY well in microbiology even though people have told me it was very difficult, but i have an amazing professor.

i just want to know how difficult the class is over all. previous students have told me he is a great "life changing" professor, but his class and exams are very tough.

well, for about a week now, ive been on a workout regimen. im wondering how long it will take for my body to realize what im doing and start dropping some pounds, im not expecting to drop 10 pounds over night, but im just curious. i eat healthy [which i think so], nothing fried, no processed meat, no refined sugars, nothing greasy, no sweets, [well..maybe a little cereal every couple days...], i eat whole fresh fruit, and raw almonds when i get hungry during my lectures. and i eat 2 full meals the rest of the day,

i wake up every morning before class and i do some strength training, and do a little jogging in the 20 minute window i have before i have to leave for my morning class. i havent really noticed much of a difference on the scale, but my legs do feel a lot firmer, alot of my cellulite has disappeared, im guessing due to the fact that my legs are getting toned, and my biceps are getting toned as well. but overall i do feel alot better, i used to have chest cavity pains, but since ive started my regimen its vanished, so i guess thats a pro.

-any real advice would be nice, i dont want to get barked at by fitness "gurus"

im wanting to transfer to UT Austin, which has always been the college or my choice. but im not too sure about how they would perceive my transcript since it isnt the best one out there.

i was wanting to hear from anyone who might know what my chances were for getting accepted.

when i began college, WAY back, i was young and naive, 16 years old, i didnt give a crap so i did screw around alot and dropped or failed a few courses, and most of them wont even be valid for transfer anyway, but since then for my other classes, ive retaken them, passing them all with A's and B's, and my gpa is a solid 3.57 as of now and if i can get satisfactory grades after this semester it'll go up a little more.

does anyone know if they would even consider me because i have a few F's and W's,that are about 2 years old and older on my transcript, even though ive retaken them all and passed them successfully. [like i said before ,most of them arent valid for transfer because some were remedial classes.]

id really be crushed if i didnt get accepted because of my negligence from when i was younger. i do volunteer and take part in community organizations when the opportunities come & im working at a job that will really give me experience in what i want to do after school. (physicians assistant)

any advice would help.

my period is supposed to being sometime this week, and yesterday when i wiped it spotted a little so i put a tampon in, went to the bathroom a while later changed it, there was blood on it, so on and so forth, so before i went to bed i put a pad on, woke up this morning and went to the bathroom and zilch, zip, nada. nothing. which i thought was very weird. since my last cycle ive probably had sex about 5 or 6 times, but we always, always, use protection, so the possibility of pregnancy may be slim.

last month my period was off a little, and this month its now off the regular cycle, for the past year its been coming on the 16th of every month besides the last month and this one, and i have no idea what is going on. and i had the normal signs i usually get, tender breasts, bloated belly, always hungry and sleepy, which comes normally every month when my period is on the way.

has this happened to anyone else? its starting to freak me out. i havent taken a HPT yet, but if it doesnt start flowing by tomorrow, i will.

where i started was dividing the freezing point depression by the Kf- 2.5/20.0=12.5

then 12.5 divided by the amount of C6H12 (20.0mL) in grams - 12.5 x 0.02= .25

now im lost from there, im not sure if im doing it right, any advice would be helpful.

can anyone tell me what disney world is like during spring break?

ive read a few forums here and there and some people say its REALLY bad, some say its alright and manageable [crowds, waiting, weather, etc..]

I plan to go on March. 13-17 since my spring break runs from the 15th to the 22nd and head to the beach on the way home for a couple of days. And since i figured not all schools across the states have spring break at the same time it wouldnt be too bad. I know texas schools have the same springbreak almost statewide, which is where i am from.

Its going to be my first time as well as my childrens first time going, and i go to college full time, almost all year round, only 1 week break between semesters every 3 or 4 months. and i just want everything to be perfect. any advice would be nice

i thought i would have to use beers law, A=kc

but, my professor told me to use the dilution formula MV=MV

Im not sure what the numbers in the brackets are for so i didnt incorporate them in to the problem as i tried to solve it.

well the first thing i did was convert the mass of CaCl2

23.7g CaCl2 x 1mol/110 CaCl2 =.215

i wasnt sure if that was right, so instead i just did

23.7g CaCl2/375g x 100= 6.23%

i ordered some but it didnt specify, and since ive never worn a pair of their straight leg jeans before im not sure of the fit, i just bought them because they were on sale lol. im just wondering if it has a close fit from the hips to thighs and nice and straight on the legs unlike the boot cuts and artist jeans that tend to flare out.

yes i know, the villas include microwaves but the prices of the room vary 300-400 from each other, and if it is cheaper to just pay the 10 dollars a day for one ill do it.

i was just planning on putting my SIM in it and using it.

earlier this week i posted a question how to get my daughter to pee int he potty, problem solved.

but now its my son, they are twins, he pees on his potty when he has his undies off, its no problem he just runs off pees washes his hands and comes back, but hes having a hard time comprehending that you have to pull down your pants to pee, he just plops down on the toilet and pees in his underwear. so my husband and i figured, ok, lets buy him boxers, maybes he having a hard time pulling down the underwear, but that was a no go.

so how do i get him to tell me when he needs to pee?

like today in the car on the way to the store, he was just looking out the window like he always does, and when we got the to the store, i noticed he tinkled his pants, & he didnt say a word. we cant take him anywhere without a diaper on without him pee'ing, even if he pees before we leave. but his twin sister is great! no wet pants (knocks on wood) and i think shes on the verge of no more wetting the bed, we put diapers on them when they sleep just incase since we just started training. when she gets home, she pulls down her pants and runs to the bathroom. i guess what they say is true, it is easier to potty train girls. lol i have no idea what to do.

As of right now i am in the process of potty training my 2 and a half year old twins, one boy and one girl. since we have started this morning, and this is our first day, my son has already gotten the hang of it, e runs to his potty when we need to pee, which is pretty frequent ive noticed

(is that normal) and hes poo poo'ed in it twice already, only 1 accident, the he realized that he was peeing on the bed and ran to his potty to finish.

now, his sister on the other hand is a no go. she wont pee on the potty, at all. shes had 3 accidents, and she will tell me AFTER she has already tinkled. So we decided to try a timer technique, we set the timer so that every 15-20 minute swhen it goes off they go to their potties and sit down for about 5-10 minutes or until they pee. My son easy, he sits, he pees, washes his hands and he's off, but my daughter just wont do it. shes been wanting a ni hao kai lan doll, and i was trying to bribe her [wrong i know] that if she was potty trained then ill buy her one, and my son will get his geo traks train set.

but i have no idea what to do about it. any suggestions or advice. its not like we scold her if she doesnt pee, we still have a "dance party" for them just sitting on the toilet.

and the method i am trying is the bare bottom method, where you let them run around in a room in the nude so they can see what they are doing. and tomorrow ill try with putting shorts on them so they can start pulling down their pants.

im running out of napkins and towels here people. any advice would be great.
