My ex-girlfriend works at a restaurant. I went to visit her and she ignored me for 25 minutes. The Restaurant was NOT busy, and she just kept carrying on a conversations. one that lasted 10 minutes, and another that lasted 15 minutes. She came back and I stood up and I told her that I was ready to leave. (I didn't eat anything, but I drank water).

She said that she had other tables, and that was why she took so long. I am a server also, and it doesn't take that long to just come back and check on me.

One of her tables was a single guy on his laptop and not eating. another guy was just drinking a beer and didn't need anything.

I can't seem to get the Uchi Mata throw correctly. I can get the throw, but for some reason I don't turn my head the right way or pivot my foot the right way. I am getting very frustrated as I have been practicing this throw for 3 weeks now. I can nail it sometimes (non randori), but I can't always get it. Is therer any way to drill this or practice this with a partner or on my own? I looked on judoinfo.com, but there are only so many ways.

Hello, I am a blackbelt in Tae kwon do, and have been practicing martial arts for 10 years now. I am 21 years old, and I want to open up my own martial arts school. I want to teach a Tae Kwon Do class for children, and have other instructors teach martial arts that they specialize in while renting out the school for the hour that they use.

I have purchased equipment for sparring, and practice, and have about 5 students that I currently teach in a place in which I rent time for in another school.

I am very interested in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo, so I will be also wanting to purchase good martial arts or grappling mats.

Any Ideas on how to successfully start and run a good Dojo?
