I'm taking college prep/honors courses as a senior and I have throughout highschool. I had one of the most difficult English teachers last year and ended up with him again. He marked both my tests as failing (the only of the quarter) not because the answers were technically wrong but because he didn't think I knew all the details/what I was talking about. So I have a 65 (one point above failing) my question is what do I do college wish, I planned to apply to CUNY John Jay, Bay Path, and Husson for my top three. My gpa is a 3.4 and I have 100 to 85 A's and B's in all my other classes but this one.

What should I do? Will I still get into colleges?

I've been reading chrome book reviews and have heard everything is browser based. I want to purchase one for college but I'm very unsure, is there something for word processing or writing papers, something for skype to keep in touch with friends/family? Or am I better off buying a "regular" pc or mac?

I do not want to buy a new phone from tmobile 1) it will extend my contract 2) I don't want data. I simply want text and picture messages. If I were to buy an unlocked older 2009 sidekick or 8900 blackberry curve (both meant for t-mobile in the first place) would I still get picture messaging.

*I have unlimited messaging of all kinds (text, picture, video) on my phone at the moment. I also do not plan to "hack" the phone to get internet.

I know the mytouch 4g is better but it lacks a keyboard, and i cannot spend and extra $100 for the mytouch 4g slide. I've used andriod and really loved it and I currently own the original gravity and thought the smart would be a nice step up. I'm also concerned that with the full touch screen on the 4g I'll crack/shatter it (I'm always dropping my phone.)

Advice on either of the phones?

I finally get to upgrade my phone, but I cannot decide on which phone I'd like to get.

I really love the Samsung Galaxy S 4G, Mytouch 4G, or Blackberry Bold. I'd really like opinions on the phones if you have one of them. I'm trying to decide before the new school year starts, I'll be using it for texting, calling, sending pictures/videos, facebook/twitter/tumblr.

I've wanted to go on birth control for a while none but I have a history of migraines and am currently on medication to help them but they aren't gone by any means. So if I were to go on birth control such as the pill, patch, or shot what would that mean, and how would that affect my migraines?

I don't need a lecture. I've pierced my own body before. I just need advice. I've pierced myself with sewing needles before, but this time I'm planning on piercing my septum and smiley, and was wondering if I should stick with a sewing needle or go out and purchase a hallow needle?

Also does anyone have an article or advice on finding the "sweet spot" for the septum? Anything else I should consider or keep in mind?

Okay so I'm a high school student, and our desktop isn't going to work this year, with all of us needing the computer at the same time. I will be paying for my own laptop, too so it can't be crazy $. But I also found cheap macbooks [ my cousin bought one so i know its okay ]. So i can't decide between a mac or pc.

I need it for : writing paper, researching/homework, AIM , webcam, social stuff, online shopping , downloading music, charging my mp3 player, listening to music.

Okay so two weeks ago [ Aug 21st] i purchased a gravity 2 with my upgrade plan, as soon as I got home it stopped working [service wise] , I took it back and they gave me a new sim card, then I took it back again, because the women said I might not get 3g coverage where I live, but I get it ever expect in my backyard and in my house ...? SO I took it back and got the samsung gravity [orginial version]. But today [ because no one at tmobile bothered to figure out what the interfence was with the phone ] i learned that it could have been to old a/c's because we used there remotes, and I was told that it carries a certain wave that stops 3g. IS there anything I can do, to get the gravity 2 back even though my upgrade, and returning period is over?

Okay so I really want a lip piercing . I wanted to know what other people think . I've wanted this for more then a year now, and I know it's not a phase. I also know that I'll have it for a while, and that if I get tried of it I will have a scar. I'm only thinking about getting a small silver captive hoop , not a stud. My parents are not open minded about this, they hate the idea, but I'm dead set.

What do you think ?

I have a couple questions about getting my lip pierced. First off I wanted to get my lip pierced since last year, the urge hasn't gone away, but I am scared. My parents said I could have anything I wanted besides a tatoo therefore they might not be expecting it but I want a lip ring, it would only be small and silver. I was wondering though :
