They have a kid together but basically his guy was a bad father, doesn't care about the kid, never sees him, only comes around when he wants food, or money or something. Drinks, takes drugs. Essentially ruined my girlfriends life.

Bue she still talks to him regularly and he comes around a lot to the house asking for stuff. My girlfriend normally shoes him away but my instincts tell me something is going on.

My girlfriend is from Latvia so her and her ex talk in their own language and I don't understand anything they talk about. She is also very secretive and cagey when I ask what he was here for or what he wants.

I'm not sure if i'm just being paranoid or my suspicions are correct.

Basically, my friend from Aus came to visit me in London for a month. We met about 6 months previous and after christmas she told me she was coming to London for a visit and i was delighted. We've always just been friends but there has always been a little bit attraction between us but nothing ever happened. Finally, one night we went out just me and her (most of the time we had been spending was with other people we knew together) and we had a really great time and ended hooking up and she came to stay over at my place and it just blossomed from there. The rest of her stay onwards we spent every waking second together and had such a great time and now she's gone i'm really really bummed out. We have spoken on Skype everyday since she got back to australia and we both agree that we would have made a really great couple and we're both really sad that the circumstances we're not in our favor. We both know that there isn't really much we can do and we're just going to get on with our lives as usual and hope that maybe one day thinks might be possible for us and just see what the future brings but i still feel really sad and heart hurty and just want her back and it's upsetting because there is nothing i can do i haven't like anyone as much as i like her in years! Can anyone offer any advice to help me feel normal again and stop thinking about it? We are both 22 and at uni.

There are tonnes of great games out there for windows that you can't run on mac and i was wondering if it's possible to do it without having to pay a lot of money to do it?

Hi this is my second time at university in London. My first university was really good and i made lots of friends and a few of who i'm still in touch with. But at my second university i just don't seem to fit in. This university i'm at now was my last choice but i had to go because the other ones i applied to were asking me to take tests that i couldn't take because i was out of the country. I don't want to seem arrogant or big headed but i feel much smarter than the people who come to the university i am at now and i feel like i am much older compared to most people. I first started when i was 20 at my first uni which was fine but now i'm 22 most people are 18 and i feel a lot more mature than everyone even though there isn't much of an age difference. I've been quite unlucky in the halls of residence i've been put in because it's hard to talk to people in other flats due to the lay out and kind of past that whole freshers thing so banging on randoms peoples doors in out of the question. I really don't know what to do to try meet some like minded people or people with similar interests. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've been set an assignment for uni and it's asking me to list my goals and one of the questions is' Is it measurable'?. What does this mean in this context? What exactly is a measurable? Can anyone give a simple and extensive definition? Google doesn't seem to come up with anything helpful or understandable.

Every time i drink and get drunk i spend a stupid ammount of money, never know when to stop and end up doing something i regret. This thing is i don't know when my limit is and i can't stop myself. Should i just stop all together and focus on other things in life?

At the moment i've been to lenient and lazy with not going to lectures at university that if i keep doing is going to lead me to fail. How do i be more strict with myself and make sure that i attend all the time?

In my life I always seem to lean towards people who are worse off than me or a weaker then me who tend to drag you down or who aren't a good influence. How do i change my mind set where i start to make friends with people who are a good influence, doing well for them selfs or have the right attitude about life? Believe it or not its a hard habit to break.

I have the problem where your companion goes missing but it still says that they are following you which is not allowing me to progress in some missions in the game. Is it possible to patch my xbox with the new vegas patches that fix this glitch without being connected to live? Maybe by downloading the patches on to a memory stick from my computer then transferring them to my xbox? I can't connect to live because my uni halls have blocked it.

I'm trying to work out how to transfer money to my Australian account using my UK nationwide Internet banking facility but can't work out how to do it.

I went to an Internet gaming cafe today to try play WOW with my EU wow account but couldn't get on as everytime I logged In it said I can't log In because either my wow account isn't combined with my battle net account or I registered my account In a different region. Well I definitely merged my account so it must be the fact that I'm trying to play an eu account In Aus. Is there anyway I can log on and play my account on Aus region without it telling me I can't play or giving me any other reason not to log on? I couldn't work out how to do it. Thanks folks :)

I've tried making purchases In both and my card keeps getting declined. I have more than enough money In there and my bank say I have no restrictions on the card and that it's the apple store blocking my card. Why is this happening?

I haven't played WOW since 2008, so burning crusade but pre WOTLK. I've recently regained access to my account and i intend on playing again but i need to download the whole game from scratch as i don't have the actual disks and cases anymore. On my account it recognise that i have the original game and the BC upgrade so when i come to download it again will i get it for free? Also, at the moment i don't have the means of playing it just yet but i want to start playing in a games cafe so is there any way i can upgrade my account to WOTLK and CATACLYSM and start playing in the cafe? I'm 21 and i still don't know who i really am or what i want from life. I tried to do what i thought i wanted by going to university but that turned out to be the wrong thing to and i'm worried that i'm getting older now and that i need to start to find a focus otherwise i'll be a failure.
