If two teenagers have gotten to second base. One is under the legal AoC and the other is above it. Totally consensual though. Is it legal, or if it's illegal, what punishment does it get?

I believe in the existence of what people call gods, but not as autonomous or even sentient beings. I see them as concepts that manifest themselves in their followers' actions. Like, no god can truly create anything, but if someone randomly starts believing in some new god, it comes into existence as though it were a song. It flows through the air in waves, its resonations trigger others, and these resonations can build cities, subjugate other peoples, and radically change everything. Once this god's last follower renounces his/her faith or dies, its impressions would remain to be seen and inspire gods and waves of their own.

I don't know if this question makes any sense or misleads, but it's difficult to find what words I can.

Now, I'm not accusing him of rape and murder, I'm just curious as to whether he raped and murdered a young girl in 1990.

FACT: There were a lot of young girls around in 1990.

FACT: Glenn Beck was around in 1990.

FACT: a lot of people have expressed concern over whether or not Glenn Beck in fact raped and murdered a young girl in 1990.

FACT: Glenn Beck has not yet formally denied raping and murdering a young girl in 1990.

Sound suspicious to you? It would be sooooo easy for Glenn Beck to just release a statement denying the charges and come up with evidence that in no point in 1990 die he ever rape and murder a young girl. But he hasn't done this.

Now, I'm not pointing any fingers at him, I'm not accusing him of raping and murdering a young girl in 1990, I'm just asking questions. Does anyone else know more about this subject?
