This isn't such an easy question. I'm looking for the best TP for the money. I want most sheets per roll or length per roll, quality, and performance. Yesterday I was at a local grocery store and settled for a 4-pack of Cottonelle. Today I'll be going to Wal-mart and I plan on buying one of those monsterous 24+ packs that are incredibly embarrassing to even have in the cart.

Every time I end up buying this stuff it turns into a 20 minute ordeal with me trying to figure out on my calculator the best kind to purchase. So bring on the answers, but I refuse to accept Charmin as something I will buy, it's overpriced, weak-plied, and I end up with dingleberries and a frown every time. Put some effort into the answers, I have 8 hours before I go. Best answer gets 10 points and my loyalty to their brand, So back up claims!!! Help me help my butt.

I need to buy a washer and dryer but there's like a million out there and I don't have tons of money. Does anyone know the best Consumer Reports ones out there for the money? I have a dryer I can get from a friend so the washing machine is more important. Not really interested in a matching set, just the best for the money.

I drive about 50 miles a day so gas milage is pretty important. Obviously a full size truck is out of the question. I'd like a good used vehicle under 10k, sort of thinking a 4wd 6cyl S-10. It wouldn't be bad on gas either since it's a 6. I would prefer a car though... Any ideas? Or anything that I should avoid...?

Do all Ford vehicles suffer from gimp transmissions, or just the ones I drive? I've had 3 Taurus's and 2 rangers in the last 8 years, each of them dying from tranny probs. So I bought a chevy, equally as junky but I'd rather pay for smaller things breaking down than a big ticket item like transmissions.

Why would Ford continue to put out this garbage? What happened to quality? My next car is gonna be German made for sure. Engineered like mofo's.

Anybody hear about this? One of my friends told me old man Brooks is allowing the Elfstones of Shannara to be made into a movie. Elfstones is the second book in the series but I guess he thinks it's a better starting point than Swords for a movie

trilogy. So I hear anyway...any truth in this?
