I work 40.5hrs p/w and i got 20 days holiday. we get 5 at christmas so are left with 15 to take of our own choice, work have now put me down to work for the same amount of hours but over 4 days, however i had a days holiday booked for the day i now have off so went to enquire about changing it to be told as i now work 4 days a week i can't have it and am only entitled to 12 days holiday, this has me confused- can my work do this?? are they right??

I had a accident and to get my car repaired will cost me the excess up to £495, obviously i dint have this sum of money freely available and i am wondering as i dint want a loan with a huge apr, do you think a credit card would be the best option, it would take me about 5months or so to save the £495 Please help me, thanks

I went to the doctor about my ears hurting and he said there was a fair bit of wax and use to use olive oil or over the counter treatments, so i brought over the counter treatment, i have been using it following the given instructions however i have lost hearing in my left ear this has been for 2days now! all i can hear is similar to white noise and ringing, so my question is do i continue with this treatment? or go back to the doctors? or leave it a few days and not use anything and see what happens, thanks for your help.

i keep having this recurring dream where im watching my own funeral from a corner of the church, i can see my coffin waiting to be cremated, my family are there and a couple of work people and that's all the people that are there, my sister and her children are really upset and i start to cry every time my nephew (who in life is 2yrs old) says come back auntie kirsty then everyone starts crying and i wake up crying.

Would like to know what this is about if it is about anything

so there has been a big uproar over the fact that a council in the west midlands has the go ahead to use the excess heat from a local crematorium to heat the nearby swimming pool!! its been said that it is insensitive however by using the excess heat from the crem it would save £14 million pounds of the tax payers.

what are your thoughts and feelings on this?

personally i can see how it might seem a bit insensitive but i think its actually a really good idea

Its a discussion regularly had at our dinner table my dad and me prefer them as batons/sticks but dads partner and sister say they taste no different whether they are circular or baton/stick. So i thought i would ask on here can you taste a difference and what do you prefer?

right my sister and me were doing a chocolate quiz and we are really stumped with this clue twenties retro bar, its getting on my nerves now not knowing, othe clues on the quiz were easy like talking in hushed tones- wispa bar,

i did a sponsored 10k walk on the weekend and did trip and sort of twist my ankle on the frosty ground but carried on as the pain subsided quickly, now though my foots hurting when i apply pressure on it and my ankle hurts a little bit to, im having to limp everywhere. Any suggestions as to what i should do? or what may be causing the pain

I had an infected wisdom tooth (bottom, left side) saw the dentist and had antibiotics and the infection went. Now i have infection in the bottom right wisdom tooth had it about 2 weeks ago but it went off its own accord and is now back and worse, keep trying to get in at the dentist but they say its not classed as an emergency!!! will the infection just keep coming back? have already been refered to have the bottom left wisdom tooth out but that was over a month ago have not heard anything more, will they take more than one tooth out at a time?

that last question about me cheating on my bf was not written by me, Grrrr..... someone else did it.... I have had to change my password.

I was being really selfish. My bf didnt do any of that stuff and i dont know why i put it. I deserve all the bad comments you wish to give. I havn't even told my b/f what i said. Ive really hurt him.
