I am 5 feet 9 inches. And 145 pounds. I'm sick of the way I am looking in the mirror. My face is too round, as well as my thighs, and stomach. If I run every morning from 8-9ish, 10. How much weight should I lose in the course of one week? Two weeks?

I have a curling iron, but when I curl, I'm not quite sure what I'm doing wrong. Its prolly the way I release the iron... Please instruct me the proper way of curling my hair!

I have a real nice shirt, its black and blue type of plaid. The problem? It has a huge hole in the back of the shirt (supposed to be there). So I am not quite sure what type of bra to wear. And then its really lowcut. Can I just wear a black t-shirt underneath it?
