Completely out of nowhere, all of a sudden, feeling very warm and nauseas?
Came completely out of nowhere. Within seconds, I went from perfectly fine to hot and feeling like I'm going to throw up. What could cause this?
4 AnswersOther - Health2 months agoWhat am I doing wrong when making fried chicken?
I have tried making fried chicken at home a few times recently. I keep having the same issues:
1. The batter doesn't get truly crispy. It feels crispy to the touch, but feels soft when biting into it.
2. The batter doesn't quite stick to the chicken - it doesn't fall off, but air pockets keep forming between the chicken and batter.
I am using flour and spices for the batter, with egg to make it stick to the chicken.
3 AnswersCooking & Recipes8 months agoHow do I know if they ever actually got the recording?
I applied for a job on Indeed. As part of the hiring process, the company used an automatic/pre-recorded phone interview offered by Indeed - Indeed asked questions, I answered them. The answers are supposed to be recorded and sent to the company. I applied to this job 3 weeks ago and have yet to hear back. How do I know if they got the recording? The way Indeed works is unless contact info is given in the job listing (which it wasn't), I can't contact an employer until they contact me, so I can't contact them to check on the status of my application. How can I find out?
2 AnswersOther - Careers & Employment9 months agoQuestion about dogs?
Watching my aunt's dog. I don't know a ton about dogs (my parents never got one when I was a kid) but I can handle the feeding, walking, and the other basic stuff. But one thing I've noticed is that no matter what you do, the dog goes to follow you. Even if I just get out of the chair by my desk in my bedroom, he starts running towards the door because he thinks I'm leaving and wants to follow. Even if you're let's say in the living room and just switch from the couch to the recliner, he gets up and tries to follow. Is this all dogs or is it just him?
6 AnswersDogs2 years agoBanned from reviewing items on Amazon for no clear reason?
I went to review something on Amazon today and it said that I was banned from reviewing due to violating community guidelines. I haven't reviewed something in over 6 months (that was the last time I ordered something prior to last week).
I never received an email regarding this, so I have no idea when I was banned or which review(s) triggered it. I tried contacting Amazon and the support person said that he was "not authorized" to look into that information. How can I find out what I was banned for?

4 AnswersYahoo Answers2 years agoCan anyone explain this dream?
I keep having this very strange recurring dream. It goes like this:
I'm sitting on a bench in a funeral home next to an American WWII veteran. Out of nowhere, a German WWII veteran walks up and shoots the American dead. He then begins chasing me through the funeral home. The place is huge - in the middle there's water displays and fountains and a koi pond. He keeps chasing me, waving his gun in the air. Eventually, I jump out a window, and then everything ends. What does this all mean?
3 AnswersDream Interpretation2 years agoWhy do some places have just police, just sheriffs, or both?
I know how sheriffs and police officers differ in their duties. What I'm curious about is why some towns/counties have JUST police or JUST sheriffs, while others have both.
For example, the county I live in has both. When I went on vacation to Maine over the summer, the county had just sheriffs; any police officers worked for whatever town hired them. Why is that?
7 AnswersLaw Enforcement & Police2 years agoPhone ringtone keeps going off but when I check it nothing's there?
My phone, an LG K30, keeps sounding its ringtone and notification tone when I'm not being called and there's nothing to notify me about. I know it's NOT the phenomenon where you think it's vibrating or sounding when it actually isn't because the rest of my family can hear it too.
What can I do to fix this?
1 AnswerCell Phones & Plans3 years agoWho should I contact if I'm receiving past-due notices for things I've never bought/subscribed to?
Recently I've been getting past-due notices from AT&T, a magazine, and a few other miscellaneous companies. I've never purchased or subscribed to any of their products. I've called each company several times to try and correct this, but nothing's changed. How do I go about ending this issue?

4 AnswersCooking & Recipes3 years agoReceiving parking tickets in the mail for the person I bought my home from?
I'm constantly receiving notices from New York City regarding old unpaid parking tickets as well as new ones issued to the guy I bought my house from.
Not only has he not lived here in 15 years, I have no idea where he moved to. He's also deceased. I've made several calls to the DOT, DMV, NYPD, NYC traffic courts, etc. and have filled out forms indicating that the person in question no longer resides at that address (or on the planet, for that matter). I've been told numerous times that records will be updated, but they never are.
At one point, police officers executed an arrest warrant based on the amount of unpaid tickets. I explained the situation and they even radioed their supervisor, yet nothing changed.
What can I do here?
