Each of the children had noticed his house.

In this sentence, what part of speech would the word "each" be considered? I can't determine if it would be a pronoun or an adverb.

I know that children and house are nouns, I think his is a pronoun? And noticed is the verb, of course. But what is "each"?

I'm currently filling a maternity leave for a teacher out of my field, so I'm learning again myself. She has grammar practice that she wishes them to do daily. Today is this:

Identify parts of speech: noun, pronoun (type & case), verb (type & tense), adverb, adjective, preposition, interjection, conjunction (type), gerund, participle, infinitive, article.

Sentence: their father will read before bedtime

Basically, I just need a run down of those parts of grammar in this sentence so that I also understand fully and to refresh my memory.

Recently my laptop won't properly work on the wireless connection at my home. It will show that it is connected, however it won't go past Google, my home page. It'll try loading others but will sit and sit until it eventually says kill page or wait. Like almost as if the wireless connection is bad. However, my grandmother's laptop works just fine on our connection with no problems.

I've checked my laptop, it's not updating or loading anything. There's nothing I can visibly see that would make it seem like the connection on it is slow. In fact, I had it with me all weekend in Nashville and it worked perfectly fine on my hotel's wifi but now that I'm home it's back to what it was doing. It seems to be the wireless connection, but what do I look for?

I've been meaning to do this for a long time coming, however just now have time.

Beforehand: preference wise, I love it all. The Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow, X-Men, Guardians of the Galaxy, ALL. OF. IT. So essentially, I want to get around to reading as much as I can. I would enjoy starting off with Captain America, but how do I go about doing it?

I'm nearing 22 and sometimes I feel bad knowing I haven't really had a real relationship, but it isn't by choice truly. I mean I've always been interested in guys, that's a given and I'm more interested in guys. I see myself being with a guy eventually. However I do know that I'm also attracted to girls. Maybe not sexually or do I have a immediate desire to be with a girl, but there is the attraction there at times. I've been struggling lately, wondering if it's even possible that I could be bi or see myself as that considering I've never had a relationship with anyone. It's hard to explain and I haven't wanted to talk to my friends about it because I don't know what they'll say at first.

I m struggling to think of a topic for a paper in a class. It s a class on Southern United States history and can be on anything from the Southern United States. I just need maybe a few ideals tossed at me to get me going.

Senior in college, history major. I have to write a 25 page paper for my senior seminar class and it can be on anything that we want. I m from the South, and personally was not taught much of what occurred in Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama, during the Civil Rights Movement, and I would quite enjoy learning about it.

I suppose, my question is, I want to do something with that but how do I make it less broad?

I considered maybe the Montgomery Bus Boycott. I m even open for covering some/parts Martin Luther King, Jr. s sermons or speeches. Which would be best for a 25 page paper?

I just need to know how to present an idea to my professor. He s very intimidating (yet also slightly cocky), and I just want to make sure I don t slip up. I m a generally nervous person.

Senior in college, history major. I'm searching for potential research paper topics for a 25 page paper.

Truly, I would prefer an American history topic due to having to use primary sources and I don't want to deal with a language barrier in some foreign/European, etc, topics.

Exceptions: can't be a biography, can't be too broad.

If there's any help, or any help in pointing me in a certain direction even, I would appreciate it.

I'm currently a junior in college and there is a possibility that I may lose the scholarship that I was offered by my school. It's making me sick to think about it, but there is an extreme possibility that it may happen due to having a class that may need to be dropped.

Where can I find primary resources for a paper about the Boston Massacre? I'm leaning more towards eye witness type stuff, a journal or maybe a newspaper article from the time frame. Some examples would be great. Thanks!

Currently writing a research paper (12 page minimum) about the events during and directly following the Boston Massacre. What would be considered a primary source for this paper? I need two of them.

While citing a paper using Turabian citation, what if your source is something like an eBook or is on your computer and doesn't have pages? What do you do?

Could a paper covering the boston massacre amount to 12 pages minimum? I'm looking for a paper topic involving the American Revolution and I need to be sure.

So, first of all I'm stupid, I realize this but my mistake is something MOST people have done in their life so that makes me feel somewhat better about my brainless self today.

When I left work, I had my big cup of sweet tea sitting on top of my car, and before I realized what I had done, it flew off my car roof and the tea went ALL over my driver's side window and down the door. Literally probably about 2 minutes later, I couldn't roll my driver's side window down and I work 20 minutes from home so it wasn't like I had anywhere to stop. But when I got home, I sprayed off my door and I sprayed off around the edges of my windows; what could be the problem? Because it's STILL not rolling down.

iTunes isn't picking up on my iPhone being plugged into my laptop at all. I'm not sure what could be the problem really, the only difference is a new Apple ID but that didn't seem to make a difference when I logged out of the new and back into the old one. If you can help me give full instructions on where everything is please.

I'm looking into renting any books I need for next semester from online sources rather than paying around 90 bucks to do it from the school bookstore. I wanted to know how good is the service and how reliable is Chegg? And also, when you RETURN the rentals, how does that work?

So I've been working at McDonald's for about two months now. They told me when I started I'd have to take the SOCs but they haven't had me do any of them yet surprisingly. However, I feel like they may spring one on me soon considering they were doing a couple for two girls I work with today. The woman that trained me on fries told me the six ingredients needed for fries and she even wrote them down for me, but I've lost the list. I remember salt, time, and oil. Can anyone FOR SURE tell me the other three? Thanks!

Alright, this may be flat out dumb, but I want to make sure I've got this correct or else it's gonna drive me absolutely insane. I got a new phone today. My first on my own. And my contract shows: "MOBILESHR 2GB UNLTT" which I was told is the unlimited talk and text, you know. But when I look up on the contract it says: "Text messages included in the plan: 0" and "Charge for additional text message: 0.15"

Is the 0 just there because it's unlimited and there's no certain amount given for how many I can send? I don't wanna be paranoid and run up my first ever bill. And it's gonna drive me nuts unless I know, and I can't go back up to where I got it until tomorrow so I really need to know.
