As reported in the Mormon "History of the Church", vol. 6, pg. 411, by LDS Apostle BH Roberts, Joseph Smith said in a Sunday sermon:

"What a thing it is for a man to be accused of committing adultery, and having seven wives, when I can only find one."

This was on May 24, 1844.

He was killed a month later after illegally having a newspaper destroyed because it was going to expose his polygamy.

Did his lies about polygamy start the chain of events that led to his death? Is this why the LDS church covered up his polygamy until the internet came along?

Why does God require secret handshakes, names and passwords to pass through the veil and enter his presence? Can't God look into our hearts and know whether or not we are worthy?

Is it true that if your daughter converts to LDS, you won't even be allowed to see her take her vows or give her away?

And even LDS family and friends can't attend unless they are up to date in paying the church its due?

Dates and charges would be nice.

Are there more than 3 for treasure hunting?

How many would there be under today's laws?

HEAVEN -- After the upper Midwest and Plains states received a lashing of violent thunderstorms, tornadoes and flooding over the past week, local residents were left seeking answers amid the soaked rubble of their destroyed homes and communities.

That answer came from the Big Man himself.

"I have warned Pat Robertson that if he continues to blame gays, liberals and 'judicial activism' for bad weather -- weather that I have repeatedly said I delegate out to the apostle level or lower -- that I would really give him something to complain about," said a vengeful God. Ironically, Robertson recently began appearing in an ad fighting global warming alongside the Rev. Al Sharpton for wecansolveit.org, a Web site created by The Alliance for Climate Protection, the organization of Interwebs founder and former Vice President Al Gore.

"I would just kill him, but he's gonna be so clingy when he gets to heaven," God added. "So much for intelligent design."

When they finally are shown by science that it is genetic and how God created those people? It isn't something they choose, and God loves them anyway - just like blacks

They used to use the bible to justify hate of blacks, not they use it to hate gays.
