okay so im a 13 year old girl and kind of chubby. im going to try eating healthier to help me slim down.

this is what i ate today (it's 5:39pm right now)

breakfast: small bowl of frosted flakes with 1% milk

lunch: (i hate school food, so i didn't eat much) ham and cheese sandwich with fat free mayonnaise. small carton of fat free white milk.

snack: small m&m cookie (it was my friends birthday so she brought a snack)

supper: salad with lettuce, light ranch. 3 pieces of venison sausage, and a bottle of water.

is that good? healthy? or no?

well, i just turned 13 this month. idk if i have a physical coming up, but i'm terrified. i don't want to show them my breasts or my va-jj. it would just be plain AWKWARDD. also i have stretch marks on my breasts, is that normal? will the doctor say anything?? i'm so scared! help please. i know they've seen it all.. doesn't help.

Well. First of all i'm 13. I have a cold, (runny nose, cough, eyes watering, sore throat) last night my dad poured me medicine.. i don't know the exact amount but it was as much as he normally takes. i took it around 7:45 and fell asleep at 8. i woke up at 6 and fell asleep till 9 this morning. ever since i've had no energy at all. when i get up i feel dizzy, and i feel like i am about to collapse. i'm sooo tired but when i lay down to sleep, it feels like i'm going to puke. i keep getting gag reflex but i won't puke. did i take too much? it's 10:20 am now and i feel a bit better.. but still very very sleepy!

it's nyquil btw.. the night time kind. it's 10% alchohol if that helps at all... please help?!

well, i'm in middle schoo and im a girl. i know i'm not perfect, and never will be because everyone has their flaws. but i just do not like myself. i hate the way i act, but i just can't seem to change it. not the way i look, just the way my personality is. i'm so shy, and i want to be outgoing. during school when i get called on i blush and get embarrassed. i've never been this bad before... i'm very crazy and outgoing with my friends though, idk why. i'm also always depressed because of school, and i just hate it. it gives me so much pressure.

any ways i can try to help myself feel better, or improve the way i act around people?

Well first of all I live in Wisconsin where it is always freezing during the winter. but today and tomorrow are the coldest days so far this winter. Today it was about 3 degrees Farenheit the whole day. but wind chills weren't that bad. Tomorrow the high is 7, but the wind chill is suppose to be -15 to -20 all morning. There is also a severe wind chill advisory for my county.

Based on this, do you think they will cancel school? keep in mind, where i live it's always cold and it was freezing today but they didn't cancel it. Also today was martin luther king jr day and we still had school. -_-

Well i'm 13 and I want to my stomach to slim down before summer. I've gained a lot of weight this last year and that was not my goal. I'm not obese or anything, just a little chubby. I was wondering what are some good foods to eat, and ways to stay healthy? I don't get out at excersize that much so some ways I can stay fit around my house would be helpful. :) Thanks!!

Okay, so in 2 days I am going to claire's with my mom to get my cartilage pierced. I'm getting it with a gun, and people say it doesn't hurt really when they do it but it does a lot after as in it stings. Please tell me, does it hurt? I have 2 piercings on each ear already in my ear lobes.

Also, will a gun shaddar my cartilage? :/ I heard it can. Either way I'm getting it done with a gun, just very nervous!!

Okay, so I don't want to know how to get RID of pit stains on my shirts, I don't really care right now. I want to know how to prevent them, and what's causing them?! :( It's driving me nuts, and I hate going to school because of this. Well I wear antiperspirant/deodorant everyday. No matter how much I wear, i ALWAYS get pit stains 24/7. No matter what we're doing, or if i'm being active. My armpits sweat LIKE CRAZY. i hate it, and none of my friends sweat as much as i do. because of this, i wear sweatshirts everyday and i even get sweat stains through the sweatshirts. And, the weird thing is I don't really sweat anywhere else. HELP??:( Should I start wearing deodorant to stop the pit stains?

I'm worried something is wrong with me.. and i want to break down and cry everyday because nobody else has this problem, they can wear t-shirts without having to worry about pit stains.

Please help, i really need it! :(

Well, this is a really embarrassing issue for me. EVERYDAY no matter how much I sweat, I get 'pit stains'. No, it isn't because of my deodorant. I get anti perspirant kind.. And I still get them. it's so embarrassing, that I'm always wearing sweat shirts. How do I stop this?! please don't mention deodorant because I've heard about that. But i have noticed when I don't wear any deodorant I don't get them as much..?i've also heard not to use a lot of deodorant, so I haven't been. it doesn't help, nothing does! :( please help?! some of my friends can sweat a whole lot and not get any sweat stains at ALL! it's been an issue for me for awhile.

Well, I've been having periods since like late November early December... The thing is, I haven't told anyone yet! Well except my bff but she didn't believe me...

Anyways, I've been thinking when should I tell them? How? I don't wanna just come up to their faces and tell them, i'm really shy & not a social person. I was thinkin about tellin them when I go on my 2 week trip to south dakota with my school so then I don't have to confront them in person, but that's in May which is like 3 months away, they have to know before then ! I've heard of writing notes, sending text messages, or just giving them a pad wrapper. Please give me some helpful suggestions for when I tell them, and how to stay CALM?!? if you tell me "just tell them they will understand" it's not gonna work cuz i won't... so please don't.(:

also, i live with my dad and brother cuz my mom lives with my aunt. I don't talk to her much so that wouldn't help me telling her, but knowing her she'd tell the whole world!!!! Please help me, i'm really scared?? D:

As far as using pads, I've been using the ones underneath our sink that are from my sister. (she visits once a week) but i wouldn't dare telling her, she acts like a little kid and she is not the kinda person i would talk to trust me.
