    BTW, Rose is middle name, not last. My fear with Elizabeth is that it is really common, but classic. I worry that Kylie is too "little kid" sounding. Zara hasn't been run past my husband yet, but I have a feeling that he will hate it, lol.

  • Salaried Non-Exempt (California)?

    I am working lots of over time at my job currently. I am working at least 10 hour days mon - friday, as well as working 6+ hours on Saturday and Sunday. This schedule is going to last a month.

    Here are my questions...as a salaried non-exempt employee do I qualify as double time at any time?

    I do have one day off (previously scheduled PTO day) coming up. Will they take away some of my overtime hours because of it? Meaning, will they only pay me straight time for some of my weekend hours because of the PTO day?

    Any help on the subject would be appreciated....

    Who hates when people cannot spell or use grammar correctly?

    I am so tired of your instead of you're, or there instead of their or they're. Also, I hate "text" spelling. It just seems to be a bad habit that too many kids have.

    Good God people..make sure your (not ur) children have an education and that it shows up in print.
