I don't like to describe myself as Atheist because its sounds closed minded but most people would describe me in that way.

Anyway, my point is that whenever a question concerning religion comes up on this site, I will only ever leave an answer that is relevant. If someone is having concerns over an action to take, I will think about what I know about what that religion teaches to give a legitimate answer relevant to the individual asking.

However, all the other answers are a few religious people's responses and then a tonne of stupid Atheist answers telling the person asking how stupid religion is in one condescending way or another.

What I want to know is if I am the only Atheist that isn't a complete moron that thinks they are smart because they don't believe in God.

I know very much about many forms of scientific reasoning and the Idea of a deity fascinates me from a scientific standpoint to the point that I admit some science is likely beyond human comprehension which Is, hypothetically, where a such higher beings could fit in.

Why do all other Atheists shut off any attempt to entertain the idea of pursuit of knowledge and just dismiss something that has had such an impact on humanity as nothing more than "imaginary friends" and other childish, unimaginative insults towards, who I see as, decent, moral people.

There are still so many questions unanswered in the universe and to just ignore any reasoning behind religion is madness.

Mind...Blown!!

So I've been watching MLP:FIM over the past few months and as you know everyone has a favourite out of the Mane 6. As soon as Rainbow Dash showed up in episode 1 it was obvious she was best pony. But over the first season you see that they are all great characters in their own way.

Well since I began watching season 2, Rarity has really come into her own and really grown on me, to the point where she seems equal to Rainbow Dash.

So I'm just wondering, does anyone here think that it's ok, or even possible, to have two best ponies...at the same time? I'm just so confused.
