I am not one to judge at all. All I can do is base my question on the evidence that the media was allowed to hear. And based on that it seems as though the obvious verdict should have been guilty! Please share your thoughts or "star" me if you agree.....

I am still considered a rookie landlord, so i need advice bad. I own a two family house that i live in and i have a tenant that has been paying me the same rent for the entire time. I have not raised his rent in 5 years. He is a good tenant and pays on time, but with the increases in repairs, taxes, mortgage i am now faced with this decision. I want to raise his rent by $100. Is this too much at one time?? Is this legal? He is on an oral month to month tenancy, there was never a written lease produced at the time i purchased the home. BTW, he takes up my entire garage to run his moving business, and i still have not raised his rent. I plan to send him an OFFICIAL letter this month to raise his rent from $550 to $650 beginning 2/1/10. I welcome any ones feedback~mainly experienced landlords please, and thank you.

I have taken this exam 4 times!!!! ( I AM NOT ASHAMED TO ADMIT IT) I have allot of problems with the way the questions are worded. The exam speaks a different language so to speak! The double negative questions are very confusing for me i e "All of the following are.....EXCEPT" Please offer any advice that will help me pass this exam. I have already passed the series 63 exam.

I was awarded best answer for a particular question. When I open my yahoo email, I had the same email for best answer at least 20 times!!! No lie. It keeps getting emailed to me but I don't get additional points, it is very annoying. How does this happen and will it stop??

Both fruit are from the Tahitian but I am not sure which one is better for you. Or, do they both serve the same purpose? From what I have researched they both seem to cleanse the body, provide body with oxidants, curb appetite, to name a few. Can anyone shed some light on this?

It's that time of the year now whereas people are rushing around in the malls shopping and being careless. It happened to me and i let the person know!!!! They were so appreciative towards me.

A British girl 13, decided that she does not want to have a heart transplant. This brave young girl has had many surgeries since she was 4 and is refusing to have surgery because she is not afraid to die and states she has had bad experiences with hospitals. She was granted her wish. I don't agree that she should choose something so major. Give me a star is you feel the same way.

Can someone please cheer me up? One of my best staff is resigning.

Now I have to try to find another person as good as she to resume her responsibilities. She is still with the organization I work for though. I am happy for her because she is promoted.

Is it just me or is that very irritating? they either like hearing others tell them how gorgeous they are, or they have low self esteem and need strangers to validate to them they are good looking, or they are vain because they know they are attractive but gets off on hearing it. It gets old after awhile, would you agree? Star me if you do.
