Survey: What do you say to a person to Cheer them up?

Can someone please cheer me up? One of my best staff is resigning.

Now I have to try to find another person as good as she to resume her responsibilities. She is still with the organization I work for though. I am happy for her because she is promoted.

Ugh!

    I try to make them laugh but usually they are not in a laughing mood so I just tell them that if they need to talk, I'm always there for them.

    whatever happens happens for good let her grow and you will find a better one or give an oppurtunity for some one else to learn it
