My husbands bug toe is swollen and hes in pain. I recommended him to go the the ER but he is refusing. Everyday he still get up and go to work with this toe and it just keep getting bigger. I was gonna soak it in some water today but Im sure that will only soothe it for a little while however I need permanent results.

Ok last year around this same time, the mailman maced my pit bull in the face although my son had him on a leash. My dog and my son were both on the porch but my dog growled at the mailman and thats what caused the guy to mace my dog. The mace got on everyone including the baby and we were all burning for hours (this was unnecessary as the dog was under control). My dog is completely trained BTW.

Ok so yesterday as I opened the door @ about 4:00 (the mailman usually comes @ 5. My dog storms out the door (this NEVER EVER HAPPENS) because he saw the same mailman who maced him in the face. He ran to the mailman and bit him. The mailman took out his mace and sprayed him but as I yelled "stop" my dog immediately stopped the biting and ran on the porch. I apologized and reminded hi that my dog remembers when he maced him for no reason and he told me "yea sorry aint do it mutha F u did and Im calling the people". I understood he was angry. Ok so animal control was called and I gave them my dogs shot records etc. The mailman skin was punctured but not badly. They said my dog had to stay in the house for 10 days and that the mailman could leave and does not require any medical attention being that my dog has everything done to him medically already. My question is, what trouble am I facing?

Also. last year when I confronted the mailman about macing my dog, getting it on my son etc he was very rude and unapologetic. I didnt follow through with anything and just left it alone. My son is 13 btw.

Can I argue that this mailman maced my dog for no aparent reason and win? What so you all think? They wrote me a ticket for "dog at large" and now I have to appear in court.

I love my husband unconditionally and have accepted so many things hes done to me but Ive lost my way. Hes been cheating on me throughout our entire relationship and now he wants to give me his all. He doesnt cheat now, he wants to be up under me all day every day and thats all fine, but when we are intimate, I sometimes have flashbacks of him being with other women. I see those women on facebook all the time. I want to be with him even still but I need closure and he wont give me that. I need answers, I need counseling. He says that I just need to accept his flaws and move on because he has changed.He doesnt want to talk about all the things hes done. When ever I tried to confront him it turns into this big argument and so we've never really gotten to the bottom of it. He says that he dont need counseling and he will not go on the only 2 days he has off to relax. I think about all the dirt hes done and I sometimes cry out of nowhere but after I wipe my tears like a good little door mat and tend to my family. the hurt will not go away. Hes lived his life all while taking me youth. Ive suffered and chased him while he took trips with other woman, travelled, been to events while I stayed home with the kids. He is and has always been a wonderful father though, but just a horrible husband to me. Some nights i would call and he wouldnt answer and return home late that evening...it was horrible and all the while I wanted him with me. I wanted us to do things together. I will still be with him if he just gave me what I needed but he is refusing and this time I choose me! I am willing to leave everything behind and start from scratch. My plan was to start school this year but it looks like I will be starting my life over instead. Please someone help. Dont judge me for goodness sakes...Ive done enough of judging myself. The only thing Im guilty of is taking wedding vows under Gods law and being with my husband for better or worse, forever.. but thats just not enough anymore. The unconditional love will always be there but I cant be with someone who claim they changed but still is unwilling to put me 1st. I want out. Someone please give me answers. By the way, hes has been faithful for 2 years now.

My husband works and Im a stay at home mom. We recently did our taxes but my husband had to file an injured spouse form because I owed dept to the state and he didnt want any of our income tax money to be with held. Anyways the dept that I owed has been completely lifted because I had no obligation to pay it ( it was a mistake).We filed our taxes on 1/31/11 but still hasnt gotten our money yet. Being that the debt was lifted, will we now get the money back any faster or will it still take up to 11 weeks to receive our refund??

Ok, the summer of 2009 I lost weight successfully and naturally by diet and exercise which consist of running 30mins twice daily 7 times a week, as a result I lost roughly about 50pounds. My start weight was 196 ending at 142lbs.

I am 30 years old, 4"11 in height, ( so I was a little over weight but had a rocking flat belly) the mother of 4 kids,and a house wife ( dont know if that little bit of info might help). Ok, so, a year has gone by and Ive gained all but 18 pounds back. I have slacked with the exercise but kept up the good eating habits most of the time with whole grains and fruits, veggies etc. Occasionally Ive had things like fried chicken which I love and cake. It wasnt until the end that I really started eating those things again because I decided that I was gonna get back on my weight lost mission however things are not working out as planned.

Im doing the same thing as before, jogging, walking (almost any and everywhere possible),leg lifts, weight lifts. Its been 2 weeks ad I have not lost a pound. Last year however, I was dropping weight like it was nothing. It was like every other day I got on the scale I was a pound lighter. This time I have actually cried over my weight and the fact that I cannot control it and is so unsuccessful at it. Ive even started using the EC stack and thats not helping. Im about to start taking the laxative as I am so desperate and unhappy with myself. Theres nothing my husband can say to make me feel better about myself and when he does say things like " I love you no matter how much you weigh" I just go some place and cry my eyes out. I am beautiful while small and so ugly when Im fat. I dont care about myself when Im fat and the thing is, I have tried to care but I just dont. I dont get my hair done, I dont get my eye brows arched, I dont put on pretty clothes or make up anymore , I dont even lotion myself down. The only thing I feel like doing is bathing and that gives me alone time to cry more. When I'm small I feel like myself but when Im fat I'm definitely someone else. My family is still being cared for because I love them but Its myself that I dont give a damn about. Help me find a solution please!!!!!!

i gave him the parvo vaccination but i didnt mix it with the canine distemper adenovirus type 2 parainfluenza. will it harm him without being mixed? i didnt want him to get parvo is all but they sent me a 7 all in one or something but all i wanted really was the parvo and then was gonna do the rabies etc later. will he be ok? please let me know. i mean can i just give him the other half at a later time? help i really dont want him to get sick or anything. i ordered it online it was cheaper to do it that way.

My daughter, our dog and I were on our way to pick up my son from football practice when I ran out of gas at the 7-11 gas pump a few blocks from were I live. We were about 10 mins or so late so I thought it wasnt so bad. Anyhow, I saw my son limping from afar and his friends came to me on bikes saying he was hit by a car who drove away.

My family members also live a block or 2 away from the store so I instructed my daughter to take our dog and go to my family house. I ran to my son because he was pretty close to me by now and asked him what happened. I realized I left my cell phone at home so I had to use 7-11s pay phone to dial 911. My son told me how thirsty he was so I helped him into the store to buy him something to drink. The associate informed me that the police were here so I went outside the building while helping my son out. The police took the report and then the paramedic looked at his leg. The next thing I know they were bringing out the stretcher and told me to get in the ambulance to accompany my son.As soon as I reached the E R I called my husband and my family to retrieve my vehicle only to find out, 7-11 had it towed! I wasnt even gone long enough for them to have it towed, not only that, they knew what happened because they asked my son what was wrong with his leg! I have no money to get my vehicle out the pound, rates go up $30 daily. I called my local news stations who said they would help but have not returned my calls.

When I Called the managers who worked that day they had no compassion and were very rude to me.

Is there any legal advice that someone can give me to get my vehicle out the pound free of charge? Please someone help! I do not want to loose my car.

I was forced to get coverage through my employer for myself and 2 children unless I went elsewhere to get health care insurance. They garnished my wages for 2 months. I never filed a claim. On 8/23/10 I bought some other cheaper insurance and I told my employer that I wanted optima to be cancelled. I dont get paid again till this Thursday 9/2/10 but my employer said it was to late to stop the garnishment. I have rent to pay, school clothes to buy for 3 children, and I have to get my car out of the pound (thats another story btw) andI dont have any money because of all they take out my check every 2 weeks. I am struggling really really bad and my job does not care because its not their money. Any suggestions on how to get a refund?

I love animals. I have 3 cats 1 dog, a bunny and adopted an iguana. Someone is always asking me for advice with their pet but I am not a vet however, I do what is necessary for the love of animals so I research what type of care their animal may need and give advice to the owner free of charge.

When someone wants to get rid of their pet they bring them to me. Either I find it a home, or take it in. Thing is though, I dont have any money. So why not go into business as a pet sitter? I could enjoy all different kind of animals, it will never bore me. I just dont know were to start and how to go by doing so other then craigslist and newspaper advertisements.

I went to a club, bar and dinner and survived through the night dressed in all white and silver. However, my lips needed some gloss so I used brown lip gloss. Its the kind you squeeze out. Any how,wit totally missed my lips and fell on my brand new white pants. I came home, took them off and immediately tried to prescub the stain before washing. I soaked them in bleach for an hour or so (which usually work on my whites) and then put them in the washer. The stain didnt budge. I thought to go and buy the same exact pants but hell no! I dont have time and money to keep purchasing the same pants every time they get a stain. Can somebody please give me a cheap remedy to get my pants back to bright clean spotless white?

I am broke and that is the only reason my Ls are suspended. The day I got pulled was the day someone broke into my house stealing electronics such as xbox 360s, things like that. I called the police and they did nothing! I had a witness who saw everything and told me who did it and so I got in the family van and went to go look for them. When I was pulled I told police and they had no sympathy for me. Only concerned about my driving. I never drove reckless or drunk. Got a speeding ticket once. Other then the fact that Im poor I should be allowed to drive. So my question is, Do you think I will go to jail for driving?

Oh I forgot to add that I have never been in trouble with the law.

The reason why they pulled me was because my brake light was suppose to be out and it really wasnt. I was going 15 miles an hour because I was looking for the robber. My brake lights are were working fine and still is.

I read that he came clean about the allegations he accused Micheal Jackson of? It was posted that he was sorry and he couldn't hold it any longer and he said that it was all for the money. Did anyone else hear anything about this? I've read several articles about it but haven't seen anything on the news. It don't matter though, I still believe Micheal was innocent.

Ok 2 days ago I was fine and I answers a lot of questions on here about Micheal Jackson. I was never a big fan although I did love a lot of his songs AND THE VIDEOS!!!!!!!!!! I didnt miss him, I went on with my daily life and everything. Now I'm seeing videos and interviews about him. Everytime I turn on the tv I see him. Every time I tun on the radio or my PC, game systems, he is everywhere! Last night I actually laid in my bed and cried over him. I NEVER EVER DO THIS I'M TELLING YOU!

I never get star strucken. They are just people like you and me who are just talented,popular and rich. They get hurt, they die, they bleed, and they have problems just like everybody else so I dont get worked up, I just dont.

Ok, at first my husband and I thought she was molested or something. When she was 11 she was pregnant had the baby and kept it. At 10 she lost her virginity and my husband and I use to hear rumors about her but didn't think they were true. She was so ridiculous to the point we caught her showing her breast out the window.

I tried to put her on birth control but she always always run away from home before I can do anything, then comes home (after running away throughout the whole summer) pregnant. I mean like some stray dog or something.

She is violent and will fight anybody, man women maybe even a child.

We give her lots of love and attention. I USE TO GIVE HER ALMOST EVERYTHING SHE WANTED!!!!!!!! The latest fashions, the freshest hairstyles you name it, she had it.

I have to add she was fully developed at the age of nine.

My neighbors gave me a 4 year old iguana (very beautiful) and he is so mean. He hasn't bitten anyone yet but I dont want it to ever get to that point. Everyone knows that I am good with training animals but I have never had any type of experience with a lizard. I researched this and I found that they could be tamed but... Is He Too Old Now? I dont want him to spend the rest of his days caged up. I want him to be able to interact with my other pets (pit-bull and 2 cats) and my children wants to hold him so badly. I need to know is my safety at risk if I made an attempt to try? If so my children would just have to watch him from a distance.

My 8 year old daughter has been the baby of the house for 7 years. My oldest daughter has a one year old and my baby girl acts strange towards smaller children now that shes been born.

Her friends comes over and show more love towards my grandchild then my daughter does. She is mean to her little cousins when they come over and visit but she use to wanna sleep over their house and spend time with them. She has gotten selfish toward her other siblings (2 brothers 10 & 11). She acts as if she doesn't care about a lot of things like hurting her best friends feelings.

Her dad and me remind her all the time that she is still OUR baby. We treat all of our children the same, their are no favorites in the family. Thats just something we vowed not to tolerate, however, my baby girl has a chronic illness (that is under control so she is doing very well and is otherwise healthy) because of this she gets a little more attention then the other children except the baby.

All of this wasnt brought to my attention until my cousin mentioned how mean she has become to her daughter whom she loves but doesn't like anymore. I mean most young children adore babies and smaller kids but my daughter cant stand them. Can anyone relate? I want to sit her down and ask her is she jealous although I know she will deny it, but I dont know how to get her to open up. I mean really tell me how she feels. I want to fix this and I will do anything to get her back to normal. She is a good girl otherwise. Its just that when the smaller kids come around she doesn't want to be bothered with.
