  • Was this an alien abduction?

So here's what happened. When i was changing into some jammies before bed, my girldriend rolled over and noticed a strange blue flash near the window, I didn't see the flash and when she asked "what was that?" I said I hadn't seen anything, I asked her what she saw and she described a generic blue flash that she likened to lightning but seemed closer to the window. I ignored it as a flash of heat lightning and continued to put on my night clothes. in the morning I woke on my back, which is a position i find impossible to sleep in unless drunk or sedated, neither of which was the case or has been for an extended time. I reached into my pasts because of a cold spot and discovered a strange substance that felt a lot like surgical lubricant (I have a small amount of surgical lubricant I use in my profession of tattooing), but this stuff seemed a bit thicker, dried quickly and congealed when agitated, it had no smell and was considerably stickier once drying started. My surgical lubricant smells like Gack (the gooey kids play goo) and dries very slowly, and is especially slick when warm, which this stuff became when i agitated it with my hands. It was not pre-ejaculate since that also has a smell and when it dries it becomes a a sort of crusty crumby powdery substance. It also stains when it dries. The substance I discovered on me left virtually no trace on my pants as if it simply evaporated, even though there was a spot approximately two inches in diameter that was soaked. WTH

  • orthodox jews, help me out here?

The oral Torah is obviously false, that Being Said, how Do You Justify Its Existence When The Written Torah Says That It Was Revealed At one Time to Moshe and says Explicitly That It Is Written. Some Say That The crowns And Points Were Impossible To Glean without It, yet The Masorites rejected The Oral Torah Yet Codified It With The Crowns And Point While Not Using The Oral Torah. How Can I Eat Dinner In The Way Moshe Has Taught Me, he Means By Following The Dietary Laws eg: not Eating Traffe. Thats How. You Make All This Up To Maintain Your Strangle-hold On Judaism Yet youve Forgotten That G-d Made Some Things Ambiguous So That Interpretation will Lead To A Lasting Growth Of Free Thought. Free Will Depends On This Fact, if G-d Was Explicit In His Mitzvot He Would Have left Little Room For Free Will. We Dont Need Talmudic Unity To Be Unified As Jews, all we Need Is Belief In One G-d And Some Basic Torah Traditions Such As Circumcision, harvest Times, tzittzit, and A Handfull of Prayers To Set Ourselves Apart From Every Other Religious Tradition. Plus I Suppose A Consistent Ethnic Purity Within The realm Of Possiblity. That Is To Say, we Dont All Live On An Island. I Myself Am Only A Jew From My Mothers Side. G-d Obviously wants us to Be A people. The Torah Is Not for Everyone, at Least Not Until whatever Olam Habah Holds For us Comes To Pass. Until Then We Should Embrace any Interpretation That Isnt Totally Contradictory To The mitzvot Or Unreasonable. Lets Open Our Minds

  • How can Christians claim Jesus as the incarnation of G-d or even the Messiah, when he in his own words say totally otherwise.?

It's abundantly clear from the NT that Jesus did not intend on creating a new religion, nor did he think he was any more divine than the people around him, so why all the blatant attribution of lies in Jesus' name. it's apparent that Jesus was a reformer of Judaism. Why don't people see that the Pauline gospels are a Roman invention designed to control the Empire, so why cant we accept that the truest form of judaism is not Rabbinical Judaism or Christianity. So why cant we all see it for what it is?

  • Why do Christians use the KJV?

Theologians as well as Scholars all know that the King James Version of the Bible contains the most mistranslations of any English Bible. It does a particularly good job of butchering the Hebrew of the Old Testament and the Greek of the New Testament isn't much better, yet many many american Christians use it. Just read about it here from a CHRISTIAN source. www.ministers-best-friend.com/KJV-worst-ever.html‎

  • Atheists: Aren't you as closed minded as the hard-line Theists?

Atheists are so anti religion but they tend to forget that G-d doesn't need the religion to exist. Just like how Jesus never existed (maybe) but we still have Christianity as one of the major religions of the world. Now why is it atheists can't just admit (this goes for theists also) that they don't actually have the answers to the big questions and probably never will? It just seems silly to not consider what's in the realm of possibilities. The Primordial Soup that life supposedly sprang from cannot be recreated in a lab under any circumstance that we can yet imagine and actually have spontaneously created life. Every life-form and even viruses (which arguably are not classified as a life form) has DNA and RNA which is a very complex compound molecule that on it's own is very unlikely to form spontaneously out of a chemical and mineral stew teeming with complex amino-acids and proteins would come together and create even the most basic life-form. It's interesting though that they recently dated life based on a computer algorithm and it turns out that like is about 10B years old while the earth is a mere 4.7B years. So life on an asteroid or perhaps Alien Astronauts brought life here but it still deosn't answer the question of how all life (universe wide) came into being... WE JUST DON'T KNOW, ADMIT IT YOU COWARDS!

  • How can Musims reconcile with the Koran's difficulties?

The Koran says the earth is flat? That's just one of a multitude of statements in the Koran that are obviously untrue, so how can this be the TRUE word of G-d when it's obvious that it's is not the word of any divinity and is a work of spiritual fiction written by a normal, un-enlightened human man.

  • Rabbi's explain in detail why the Oral Torah is valid?

Just make a good case for why the Oral Torah is not only authoritative but also necessary for interpretation of the Written Torah. Or the opposite should your knowledge lead you to that end.

Jews and Theologians please, I really don't expect much from the un-versed. No offense:)

  • If Mohammed did ascend to Heaven, why would he teleport from Mecca and back?

In the Islamic accounts of Mohammed's ascension Mohammed "teleports" to Jerusalem to the site of the Temple when the Temple is of no importance to Muslims, it's only important to Jews (and arguably Christians) The site of the Ka'aba is the place that gained so much focus and adoration for Mohammed and his subjects. It doesn't make any sense, I know they used to pray toward Jerusalem until it was changed to the Mecca because of Ali's son's martyrdom. Which makes even less sense. The temple is the place of the opposition's G-d, Mohammed never even went there in person, so if it was sooooo important why did he never even visit the city in his lifetime? so explain... My theory is that the story was geared to make this place a focal point so that future generations would gravitate to it and ultimately wipe out the Jewish people, which almost happened except that we came back. Idk, maybe a learned Muslim (or Imam) could clarify, because for me it is one of the biggest reasons not to acknowledge Islam as more than a political tool for Mohammed and his growing empire. it's just a theory, so don't get pissed, it's not my fault that early Islam was so militant.
